Todd Schlopy made 2 out of 5 FG attempts to win a scab game against the NYG (with Lawrence Taylor crossing the picket line) 6-3 in 1987.

It was the worst football game I’ve ever witnessed in person.

My dad and his dad were best friends. We all sat down for dinner one night. I asked him to sign my hat but he would not. Said he was not a real NFL player but when he had an opportunity he had to take it.

The only thing Vegas “ knows” is money coming in and on who. Especially sharps money. That’s it -this time and every time. They don’t know which team is going to win more than anyone else.

True. And the sharps must have a reason for liking the Bills. La'el being hurt? Bills getting healthy? I think the Bills win this game 8 out of 10 times on a neutral site. But I am a fan.

Native American here... I personally do not find Chiefs offensive likd I do Redskins or that Indians Logo. Nor do I find the Braves or the Aztecs. That little Irish dude from Notre Dame.....Pretty offensive.

Shocking?  Why?  He should never have been picked until round 3. That was a terrible draft pick and the pre-draft analysis was right on.  He was a one read QB and then run in college.  He just wasn't the gifted athlete like Vick, Taylor and other to be able to scramble at run at the pro level.  He therefore needed to become a pocket QB with a 10 cent brain.  Nice guy, terrible QB.

I was just quoting from the article. And I 100% agree with you on Manuel. His teammates loved him. Great guy. Great arm. Career back up.
