We need to fire McDermott and fumigate our team of this entire staff imo....they won't though McDermott should have no further say in who gets coordinator jobs...if he don't like it FINE BYE BYE..Time for bean to make some tough decisons....if I was pegula I would be on the phone with bean giving him an earful....bean has to separate his friendship with business decisions

Great coaches use that as motivation.....we have e had nothing but heart wrench in this city and just enough heartache with this coaching staff....this isn't a young team....if they can't get motivated by now they never will

Ok I agree Frazier needs fired but we gonna get another DC who runs that same scheme since that is what McDermott likes?..McDermott needs handcuffed to only handle hc duties and have no say in what defense scheme we run from here on out....he is on probation and should be happy to still have a job...dorsey either hired somewhere else or demoted back to qb coach

Bean has to fire the entire staff to save his behind....he has assembled a highly overpriced defense that can't produce and neglected the oline......he bought into McDermott and he must now fire him or pegula needs to fire the entire staff and offer the brinks truck to PROVEN HC

That's not an excuse...Great coaching would use that adversity as motivation..McDermott was just handed the story book motivational scenario and came out like a tiny wittle mouse

Yes it is but his defense is super safe and conservative!..his idea of defense is not my idea of cold snowy Buffalo defense....he runs a warm weather Uber conservative defense that doesn't take chances...don't dictate the offense and sits back in soft zones waiting to react...hopes to get a turnover on a mistake....great teams don't make those mistakes in the playoffs and great defenses FORCE those mistakes by laying it all on the line and being physical!
