I believe that all those saying if he's not activated by the end of the 21 day window, he has to miss at least the next four weeks, are incorrect.

In actuality, if he is not activated by the end of the 21 day window, he has to be shut down for the rest of the season.

I don't believe that will happen, of course.

I suspect they're being ultra conservative for two reasons: For one, they don't immediately need him. The Bills secondary has been playing well without him. Secondly, ACL injury recurrence has demonstrated to happen much more frequently if the person who suffered the tear comes back too soon. They're playing the long game. They need him in December and January (and hopefully February).

Expect him to be activated off PUP next week, and then to either start against the Jets or be a game day inactive if they still feel he needs more time.

Incorrect. That only applies to a player coming off the short-term IR, which Tredavious is not. He's coming off PUP.

He was removed from PUP not IR, but yes he has to either be activated or moved to IR next week.

What may be a little unclear is whether they can activate him but not play him next week. Anyone know if he can activated if he's still technically unable to play?

Just has to be on the 53. They can make him a game day inactive but he has to be on the active roster by Tuesday.

With the exception of the Chiefs/Niners game, it's a tough break for pro football to have the other three exciting teams all off on the same week.   Minny has been fun to watch, and the Eagles/Bills round out the top, but it seems like there's a real void with Packers, Colts, Chargers, Tampa all very blah blah teams to watch.

I think the Bills are spoiling us, we get used to a high level of play and excitement and most of these prime time game this year have been crappy football.  League should try to build in the flex a little earlier in the season next year so I don't have to watch guys like Russel Wilson embarrass themselves any more.

Yeah... I watch most of these other games and think.... "These guys aren't even playing the same sport as the Bills."

My fantasy team is looking really lame too.

I never pay attention to BYE weeks, as I always assume I can just grab a guy or 2 if necessary to fill those gaps. Not this time! 😅

    Josh Allen

    Stefon Diggs

    AJ Brown

    Dalvin Cook

    Tyler Higbee

    Dallas Goedert

I had to pick up Taysom Hill & set him as a FLEX starter I'm so desperate, & I still have 2 slots to fill... I may just not even try, as I'm not cutting anyone else.

I almost prefer it though. I'd rather bite the bullet and just take a loss one week, and have my full roster with my best players every single week, instead of having to swap out a position or two for a lesser player every week. Just eat one loss, then have a full strength team against the other players in the league that have players on rotating byes. It's actually probably an advantage.

It seems Mahomes can still be MVP if the Bills stumble in a major way.  Hard to see Jackson or Rodgers getting back in the discussion. Allen should be considered the heavy favorite after today.

I'd agree with that. Allen led his team down the field for a TD when it mattered. Mahomes threw a pick when it mattered. Allen is leading the MVP race by quite a bit now.

I was already thinking to myself as I read that... werent the Bills also the first team... then I read the rest.

I also remember the “Lamar Jackson has never thrown a red zone INT in his career” thing before Taron took that one to the house in the playoff game. Don’t know if he’s thrown another one since, but Poyer had another one today.

2 end zone INT’s in last 2 games against the Bills

Everyone is good until they play us 😂 I saw people saying the Bills haven't played anyone good yet so maybe we need to pump the brakes ourselves

First team since 2002 to open the season with 2 straight wins over teams that had 12+ wins the previous season....
