Not only will the price tag of a Aiyuk, JJ, Higgins be alot, but the draft capital as well. We're likely talking a future 1st rounder at minimum.
If we're going to drop a future 1st, I'd rather do what it takes to move up for 1 one of the top 3 in this years draft.
I could see Beane wanting to get that "stud" prospect OR building our WR group like the GB model (young collective unit, but no #1).
Either way, I don't see us trading for a premier WR
I think the GB model might actually be the way to go about it.

I’d do it for Nabers. Might not be a totally accepted trade for many, but I think he’d be worth it. You’ve got a true number one there.

I’m hoping we move up in first and get Thomas…or Odunze it he slides close enough because of an early QB run and someone like Cowboys over drafts Worthy ahead of Odunze. I’m also ok moving back from 28 and taking a WR and picking up maybe a 3rd in doing so. I’m also fine going BPA if it’s another position and then maybe trading up in the 2nd to go get our guy.Draft is so deep and rich at WR, so I’m good with a number of scenarios. I don’t feel like it’s gotta be one particular way this year.
Odunze will not make it past Chicago’s pick at 9. Williams and Odunze have apparently become quite close.

Just wait until next season. Dude is an absolute stud. Still can’t believe we got him.

The quality of the broadcast was spectacular. I actually felt like I was in 1999.

Arizona has made it clear that they are open for business. Damn it’s tempting, but bears a lot of risk.

Ummmm, we have Josh Allen. They ain’t better than us until Allen hangs it up.

Why would you tie up the almost 4 million in cap space?
Yeah, I get it. Just having fun with it. I think Brady could get clever with him. Might be enough to take us over the hump and only for a 6th round pick. He wouldn’t hit that 4th round pick criteria here.

I’m not sure how Hollins impacts anything. Then you’re relying upon an oft injured Samuel. WR round 1.

In all seriousness, I would have made that deal. Run the ***** out the backfield and let Brady have fun with it. He’s an elite runner at least and worthy of a ***** pick.
-
6th round pick? 😂 we should have grabbed him.

I've been critical of Diggs' antics, but tweeting "ready for whatever" is not remotely worth worrying about.
It’s watever and that is worrisome.

I like this okay. Guy has trouble staying healthy, so this shouldn’t preclude us from drafting a WR in the first.

Interesting! Guess there’s no competition for Wilson.
