One of the greats. Wasn't he a PaulnBrown assistant? RIP, Coach.

The only position that makes me nervous is QB, and I'm not even that nervous about it. Best off season for tranquility in decades.

Maybe expand the Practice Squads to allow teams to keep and protect some rookies?
In the absence of the ability to truly vet the ton of new guys added this off season, I think this makes immense sense. NFL should move on this. Especially if, as the experts are predicting, this virus takes off again in the fall.

Hughes is more the exception than the rule.
Yup. Although if Josh can't do it, I think they draft another QB high next year and have him compete with Fromm. I doubt the fall back is "well, Fromm's got this."
Bills shouldn't be drafting high no matter who is under center. And off the top of my head, I can't think of a hot candidate. No fan of Lawrence.

Seriously, Fred met more??.
Most of his time he didn't even start. Good team guy, effort, citizen for sure but Gilchrist was a different league. In a day when black was bad, when personality was not allowed, when an athletes voice was frowned on Cookie was the man.
He was disliked because of race by many...and ignored as a result. Hell, Bills fans loved kickers more than Cookie , Pete Gogolak.unless you were at the rockpile every week, or in the CFL stadium.
I don't know, man. My crew were Cookie fanatics and still are. Maybe the greatest player of all time. "Lookie lookie, here comes Cookie."

Still lives in Buffalo, doesn't he?

RBs generally score lowest on the Wonderlic and I know most don't care about their intelligence. But I believe intelligence can make for a better player, beyond talent. Moss sounds and looks bright. That's a big plus for me.

That's a hell of a roster. Very long time since we could say that.

Makes a lot of sense.

He should be putting up good numbers this year. If he can't, then you keep him for year 4 but bring in competition and see what happens.
I believe Josh is on the clock this year. He has to finally click and become the QB they hoped he was. If he doesn't, Fromm is now in the room.

Makes a nice title for a Marin May song.
-
Remember when Fromm was considered one of the top prospects? And Beane got him for a song and a haiku. I didn't see the need but he's far from a wasted pick.
-
First three picks - I'm including Diggs because they used the pick to get him - are home runs. Outta the park.

Zero chance. His contract makes him untradeable
If Rodgers wants out, he'll renegotiate a favorable contract. And if I was him, I could see a nice three or four years with the Chargers in his home state.

After watching ESPN, before every Bills draft selection, flash that Josh Allen was the third most pressured QB last year, I'm thinking we need to make some improvements to the Oline. Hopefully, a year under their belts together and new competition helps to not have to see this flash in next years draft.
A lot of that is on Josh. Where is he ranked for time holding the ball?

Nice analysis. I'm much higher on Hodgins than you are but who knows, eh?

His pro day was cancelled. So sorry, not going to believe a 40 time he ran on Twitter timed by his agent. Nice try though dude
Like a couple of tenths of a second are world changing for RBs.

I'm sorry, the president isn't available in the draft.

No opinion. Saw him maybe once or twice. Trust in the Beane.

Nice surprise pick. I've seen him play a fair number of times and found him impressive.

Did I wander into a Food Network episode? LOL! Love Italian Sausage with peppers and onions.

Hot Italian sausage on the grill, onions and peppers with a little butter s/p on the stove top. Get a good sweet char on the peppers and onions. Tear out some of the bread inside the hogie roll to make a pocket for the good stuff, then toast on the grill. I haven’t had a lot of great food lately, mostly cooking for one at home for the last 5-6 weeks. Wife made a day trip, so “healthy” got a break. It was so good, I could go all @mead107 when a hottie shows up!
Sounds delicious. Ever cook them all together.on a flat top?

Time for a little more 5th round magic! Milano and a certain Mr Williams come to mind, inspiring me!
My sausage, onion and peppers hoagie is so good I might cry.......
How do you cook them?

For whatever his flaws are, Davis was a hugely dominant ACC receiver. Lots to work with.

I think some of you are underestimating the Jets. I think they are going to be the Bills main competition if Darnold stays healthy.
