He looked pretty competent until our fullback let a ball go through his hands and into the arms of a defender. He shouldn't have thrown the second pick but it didn't result in anything worse than punting from the 1. The third pick was Jordan Mills being Jordan Mills. The fourth pick he was run into by Shady as he was throwing. By the fifth pick he was shell-shocked.

A mixture of bad luck, terrible teammates, and inexperience. Should the coaching staff have seen that coming? Debatable.

This is one of the most hilarious posts I have ever seen on any football message board.

This interview is embarrassing. McDermott is speaking as if we didn't just get destroyed for the third straight week.

"All teams go through this" - McClueless

Did Peterman look confused or not up to it?

    "No." - McLiar

"I've been on the other side of these situations in my 20 year career in this business" - McEgo

Defense looks overmatched, too easy for opposing teams, why?

"...Field position early, field position early." - McAreYouSerious?

"I don't regret my decision at all [to start Nathan Peterman], he comes in to work everyday and works extremely hard, every opportunity he's had, he has handled the right way..." - McForFSake

"Our players were focused and moving the ball on offense, big picture from this football team, the game got away from us in a hurry and we need to objectively look at it" - McHuh?

He's not taking any blame for this. No blame for starting Peterman, no blame for the defense playing poorly, no blame at all on his shoulders - he scapegoated Tyrod last week, who is it next?

"We have a lot of confidence in Tyrod. [end interview]" - McFTHEFANS

Most points the chargers have ever scored in the 1st half. Most rushing tds ever allowed last week against Saints. Also a franchise record for them.

Benched a QB who was 5-4 with a 10-3 TD/INT ratio for a guy who throws 5 interceptions in the first half.

Trades away all of our good players.

    This coach stinks.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Im fine with them stockpiling picks but starting Peterman was stupid and ruined any chance at the playoffs.

  4. He's not oppressing free speech in any way whatsoever. He hasn't signed any kind of EO requiring folks to say/not say what they want. He's not pushing for legislation. He's simply voicing his opinion that owners should fire players for protesting (which, as you point out, they can)...rightly or wrongly.

Oppressing free speech would include inflicting violence against those that say things with which you don't agree, etc...it's important, IMO, to consider who does such things.

" abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

So the government saying to fire someone cuz of a legal protest isnt against the first amendment? Oh wait, it is.

Again, the if the nfl said it, fine. Businesses can do what they want.

Trump didn't do anything but state his (ignorant) opinion. You need to not be such a baby. People are always going to say things you don't like and have view points you don't agree with.

Lets ban guns and see who is a baby. The President can't go around telling businesses to fire sons of bitches for their opinions. Seriously. It's the first amendment. You ok with him saying Christianity should be banned?

I would be equally angry if suggested any of that, including banning guns.

Without the first amendment you would be bowing to kings and queens.

  6. He's spitting on the first amendment by exercising his first amendment rights?

Look, I don't like the guy, but this is not scary in any way whatsoever. He's a blowhard that can't take away anyone's rights. He wants attention and reactions, and he knows how to get them from overly sensitive folks (not saying that's you).

He found a way to make this about him.

Um, it's only against the constitution for the government to oppress speech. That is what Trump is doing.

Citizens have the right to not have their speech squashed by the government, which is literally what Trump did. If the NFL fired a player for it, it would be sad, but not against the most important, and first, ammendment.

    Huge difference, my man.

  7. ...succumb to the progressives on yet another bastian of this country....."In God We Trust" is out.....now we are attempting to erase history, ugly or not with any remnants of the confederacy..a once proud nation founded on laws, tolerance, respect is now swirling in the American Standard..."I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." means **** today....and as a WELL respected law enforcement official Beast, I'm shocked you would offer up the suggestion......succumb to players' stage?...seriously?.......we are already becoming a 3rd rate cesspool so why cave to these minions?....

"In God We Trust" should be out as it is clearly against the 1st amendment, or are you against the constitution? All this God stuff didn't happen until the 1950s as propaganda against Communists. The Confederacy lost and tried to fight for states rights for slaves. Read a book and learn about it if you want, don't flaunt it in front of people. I'm from the north and have never seen a confederate statue up here and know plenty about the Civil War, including Robert Lee being against Confederate statues. Also, the pledge of allegiance was written by a socialist, just so you know.

  8. Another BBMB refugee here. 15 years on that board. What a stupid move on their part to get rid of it. Like I'm going to Snapchat my friends about the Bills hahaha.

Being a Bills fan is as crushing as the atmosphere on Venus. I'll be lurking mostly. Peace.
