Thuney to RT won't be good.
I say this as a guy that liked Thuney a lot coming out of NC State.
And Cannon is not up to the task for handling Hughes. He abused him a few years ago.
He has played there before. A few times actually.

Actually they didn't. The Bills dominated the vast majority of both games and allowed both teams to be in the games due to their own mistakes. Both the Jets and the Bengals should have been blown out by halftime. If the Bills didn't make mistakes that (1) took away scoring opportunities and (2) directly led to opponent scoring opportunities, then it wouldn't have mattered what the other teams did.
The Bills gifted the Jets and the Bengals opportunities to win games in which they were, for the most part, dominated, and the Bills still beat them.
Your analysis is superficial, intellectually lazy, and nonsensical.
The Jets and the Bengals didn't lose the games because they choked. They lost because they were outplayed.
Simple.
Shoulda coulda would of. They didnt. fact they needed 2 late scores against teams they should of crushed offensively. Fact Bills offence is avg(17th) in ponts scored.

What holes do you see on the bills D? Cincinnati was one of the top passing attacks in league coming into last week, and Bills D made them look like a JV team for more then half the game. If Pats win this game it wont be because the D struggled, it will Def be because our O made too many mistakes. Its going to be a good 1!
Leslie Frazer. He will have game plan but when he doesnt work he will have a hard time adapting.

I’d like to see the offense continuing to spread out the defense and force the defense of the pats into nickel schemes to help w the rush the pats most likely want to utilize vs josh
On defense would like to see them open up with their normal defense but as the game progresses blitz a bit more. They trust their front four to get the pressure but just feel they will need to bring middle pressure a bit more vs the pats
Pats base defense is nickel.
Two downlinemen ( Shelton, Butler) 4 linebackers ( collins hightower Bentley ,Van Noy). Safties Chung McCourty dbs Gilmore Jackson McCourty. On 3rd and long Bennet replaces Shelton. Chung replaces Bentley and Harmon takes Chung safety spot.

I don’t know if the OL is a “shell” necessarily and I haven’t watched them play this year really, myself. But fwiw the Pats analyst was a guest on Locked on Bills this morning and he alluded to the OL being a weakness especially in the run game and that Karras has filled in ok at C but isn’t as good as Andrews and the tackle situation is bad. He indicated they haven’t played a DL as good as the Bills yet so it hasn’t impacted them as much yet in the pass pro, and it’s a concern for Sunday. So it’s not just a thing Bills fans are saying.
I think the biggest problem with the run game is Michel hasnt really learned how to be an effective pass catcher. So when he is in it pretty much telegraphs a run play. I would expect to see White and Burkhead taking the majority of the snaps.
On another note Karras is better than Andrews in the pass game. He os so much bigger. Teams havent been able to push the middle.

They also hd Suh and Donald.

Im guessing Pats fans went into all those games being over confident too.
Just because the Pats are the best team in the league doesn’t mean they win every game.
Just 75% of them

Steelers played press man to start the game. Pats picked them until they switched to zone.

I’m sure BB will have a safety doubling up Smoke and Gilmore will shut down whoever is on the opposite side.
Could be big days for Knox and Beasley.
My guess Beasley will have an over under on him. I remember in 09 teams started doing that to Moss and Welker.

The last time we played the Patriots, Brady was 13/24 for 126 yards and 2 picks. That was when our defense was playing very well.
I think our defense has been playing conservative football the first 3 weeks (although there was one play in the Jets game when all hell broke loose and the QB was sacked within 2 seconds, late in the game.....looked like a jailbreak). I don't think they've been giving Brady and company much to look at. I think they will confuse him and he will struggle.
I also think our offense will get some points. I think it will take 20 to win the game, and I think we will win.
Your not going to confuse him. You might for on series but he will eventually figure the defense out and Im sorry its not the talent that is going lose this game for the bills. Its the coaching staff.
You put BB on the bills staff and they win by 10.

My guess is he is going to disguise the defense and force Allen to make pre snap reads then change the defense before the snap.
1 minute ago, 1ManRaid said:So taking away Brown...opens up the deep ball? Isn't he supposed to be our primary deep threat?
BB will give up the deep ball to single coverage. Which will be Gilmore on Jones. Those are low percentage throws.

Im not comparing our offense to KC, im comparing it to NE.
KC's qb is setting HISTORIC records.
He didnt say the chiefs. He meant the Pats

i think BB will do to Allen what he did to Goff. Make him read then switch at the last second.
6 minutes ago, Giuseppe Tognarelli said:The Patriots have big weaknesses on offense. If it were any other team, we'd be licking our chops:
Bad injuries on OL. Marshall Newhouse is their starting LT!
No TEs
No FB
No running game
Possibly injured Edelman, no AB, Gordon lost a step
McDermott should be capable of shutting down this offense. Is he good enough? If the Patriots have success on offense, that probably means they have better coaching than us. I'm looking for McD to step up big this week and make Brady look 42.
The big question will be, Can we score? The Patriots D is legit. If the Bills can score 20 points, they should win the game
Bills wont score 20.

That on a 7 pt line? That seems out of line but I do not bet so what do I know.
Exactly with a 7 pt spread the moneyline really shoulnt be more than -225.
-
9 hours ago, Buffalo Timmy said:
I actually do not know what the -365 line is- does it mean you get 365 if Bills win straight up on a 100 bet
No it means you have to lay down. $365 to win a $100. Thats why i always look at the moneyline for accurate vegas view.

The Defense was really good but the O was never top 10.
That was on coaching. The talent was there.

5 minutes ago, Buffalo Timmy said:
The money line is based on trying to get half the bettors on each side- it is not an indicator of what Vegas thinks will happen. With that said the lines are mostly accurate because people are usually staying away from wild lines.
Not going to get much play on the pats at -365. I would rather take the spread.

last years bills defense held NE to fewer points than almost all the other NE opponents....just sayin.
Last years team wasnt very good. Still dont know how they won the Superbowl.
Also it didnt take much to beat the bills. I went to bed at halftime because I knew 9 pts was enough to win. The second game Pats ran for almost 300 yds. Bills couldnt stop a nose bleed.

What ever you say whelp. Must suck when the truth hurts.
Well considering nothing you said so far was truthful. By your account the Pats cheat and 31 other owners just turn a blind eye.

Not in the least. It’s all been documented and discussed several times over the years. You as a Pats fan of course are def to the truth that your team; including your qb, your coach and your team owner are all low life cheating scum bags that put such a negative stigma on the NFL during it’s early scandals of cheating the NFL had to destroy the proof so that they could deny deny deny.
The sour grapes is strong with this one

What are you talking about? No thats not what i am saying. I’m saying Brady was/is getting defensive play calls through headset tampering via headset tapping.
I think your tin foil hat needs adjusting.

Still think the 2002-04 Bills teams were the most rounded. Those d was scary good.

I called that +7.5 open Sunday right after Bills game ended (think it was actually 6 and jumped right to 7), but ML says to me they expect $$ coming in on Bills to thin Pats -320 and recover from there...unless sharps know something I don't there's just no way they get much action there, I don't see the value tbh
Nope not on the Pats, but that +265 is very tempting.
Week 4: Pats (-7) @ Bills!!
