  1. Burden of proof is on you. Sounds like you just want to use the riots to push some nonsense agenda that Walz dropped a nuke on Minneapolis.
  2. SHOW ME HOW MANY BUSINESSES CLOSED THEN
  3. Show me then! How many did not recover? Again, no one is excusing arson, I’m waving away the notion that it’s some kind of doom cloud over Walz.
  4. If you’re framing Walz’ teaching in China as some kind of bad thing, you really honest-to-god have nothing. Like, literally nothing. This is astonishing stuff.
  5. Dude this is ridiculous. Of course burning down buildings is bad. The difference between you and me is I recognize we moved on, rebuilt the businesses and places, and have a stronger country. You and the other Republicans seem to frame Walz as handing out fire bombs and cheering as Minneapolis was reduced to Dresden, circa 1945. It’s absurd and an easily countered argument for the DNC.
  6. Can you show me where the buildings remain a pile of rubble? Because I can sure as the mail show you where they’re rebuilt.
  7. It’s been 4 years.
  8. You’re going to make that argument when you stump for the guy who likes prostitutes to pee on him??
  9. It should also be pointed out that only something like 0.2% of buildings in Minneapolis were damaged by fire in 2020. Up from a whopping 0.1% in 2019. No, they don’t. It didn’t even affect Biden that much in 2020, why would it affect Harris now?
  10. What should have they done? It was a vicious reaction to years, perhaps decades of police brutality and aggression. Floyd was just the straw that broke the camels back. All Walz has to say is something like that and that Minnesota has built back stronger than ever under his watch. Which is true. The end!
  11. Elon has posted some flavor of “civil war in Europe is inevitable” something like two dozen times over the last four years, it’s rather funny
  12. I don’t buy it. Go up to a random person on the street and ask if they remember CHAZ.
  13. False equivalency.
  14. Bet you $1 that the store is rebuilt by this point. Sounds like a relatable candidate for most of middle America tbh
  15. I think Covid was a pretty big deal.
  16. I would simply not do crimes
  17. How is this affecting you again?
  18. Well yeah, and same for the 2020 riots. I think you overestimate how much the median voter remembers from that summer. Further, I don’t understand the talking point that if Walz becomes VP, the same thing will happen again. What is the correlation?
  19. These are the people that lecture democrats about being “degenerates” or whatever
  20. I contend that it’s pointless to dwell on this when it happened 4 years ago and the city is perfectly fine. Further, I wouldn’t throw stones when you live in a glass house made of January 6, 2021 memories
  21. These are the people that think the below tweet is some kind of attack: They’re probably shocked the mom isn’t shirtless with Trump painted on her boobs and the dad isn’t wearing a Trump diaper
  22. 1) The Reade situation was fishy from the start whereas this Shapiro thing has legs. 2) For now, the guy has to croak at some point though. 3) It will be interesting to see how the GOP markets free school lunch as a bad thing. 4) The patriarchy? What? Also he’s only 60, he’s two years older than Harris and 18 years younger than Trump. 5) but why would they come to my neighborhood? And it’s silly to argue this when Minneapolis is just fine, hell I’d argue it’s better than ever after Walz’ push for zoning reform.
