  1. For those of you that are married.  You ever have those times when you and your wife just aren’t clicking.  And you know that utter feeling of frustration you get….then magically one day things just click and you’re sitting there like “damn I don’t even know why we were bickering”.

Thats Allen and Diggs right now.  No one is saying anything dumb on social media and there isn’t drama in the locker room they just aren’t clicking.  And I’m sure that’s insanely frustrating (I know I’ve lived through it) and you might see it in some body language.  Imagine running a 60 yard route and the ball is 1 yard off.  Or imagine tossing a 50 yard bomb and your WR flattened his post route a degree of an angle shorter than you wanted.

These guys are missing by fractions on a 100 yard field.  That’s gotta kill them both.

But I firmly believe they’ll figure it out.  They just aren’t clicking.  And like I said in my previous post….even though they aren’t clicking in the 4th quarter when the game is hinging on a time killing drive who is somehow always there on that right sideline on 3rd down?

I don’t doubt that. He doesn’t seem right for sure. He is our number 1 if he’s able to go he needs to “Be Him” he’s an elite player. I know he sees that the rest of our wideouts can’t separate  and now with Steelers win, we need to beat Miami to get in. I want to see him go apeshit in Miami next week.

Agreed.  This team plays to the level of its competition though.  Guarantee Diggs wants to put on a show against Ramsey and we already know what Josh does against Miami.  It’s either going to be the perfect get-right game going into the playoffs or the most painful billsy game we’ve maybe ever seen.

I use the eye test and my eyes say he’s neither involved or productive in the offense as of late.

I get that, but I also get the vibe the dude is just injured.  People were throwing Beasley under the bus a ton a couple years back and come to find out he was playing through a serious injury.  There’s definitely a reason he has been spotty on the field.  Sometimes it’s a massive 3rd down and in trots Sherfield.  There’s something going on.

  4. I just posted in another thread Allen and Diggs are close but aren’t clicking 100%.  In the last two weeks Allen and Diggs are 1-2 yards short or 1-2 yards long on a few throws that would SIGNIFICANTLY alter their final stat totals.

I also think our passing game has suffered with Knox on the field more than Kincaid.

Also NFL coaches get paid a ton of money to figure out how to stop the Bills.  I think the blueprint is to take away Diggs and hope Allen gets bored taking the easy stuff.

And with our skill positions sometimes the “easy stuff” ain’t easy.

I don’t care about the glass half or empty stuff. I just need our number 1 receiver to have production like he used to.

It’s naive to key in solely on production.  If Josh takes a yard off on one of his throws you can add 91 yards and a TD to his total today.  If Josh adds a yard or 2 onto another one of his throws that goes into a patriots defenders back then you can add on another 40 or so yards to his total.  Last week if Josh puts another 2 yards on that interception Diggs is likely gone on a 70 yard TD.

It’s not a 1 way street.  They aren’t clicking down field.  But in both games when Josh needed yards on key 4th quarter drives guess where he goes and guess who converts.

We expected Diggs to “Ball out” today and he was invisible…..again

That’s a lot of quotes.  Anyways I don’t know you can stay pessimistic if you want but I’d prefer to stay positive.  This team is 1 win away from the 2 seed in the playoffs.  If you think Diggs is cooked that’s up to you but he was about a foot or 2 away from a 91 yard TD today.  So I’m going to hope they clean that up.

  7. I don’t think the Ravens rest their starters completely next week.  They’ve already clinched a first round bye.  Two weeks off and rust can start to form and they are looking like the most well oiled machine in the NFL right now.  I’m sure starters will be on a short leash but that’s all they might need to beat the Steelers.

Ive also watched Lamar’s backup on NUMEROUS occasions come in and keep the Ravens in playoff contention.

So is Cleveland. We’ve been blinded by Miami. Reality is it gets much worse. Brady and Allen need to figure this out

True, but Flacco is gonna throw you a few a game - Lamar less-so.  Scary thing is Zappe threw us a few and that almost didn’t matter today.  So yeah Brady needs to do his homework

  9. The Ravens look AMAZING.  But so did the 70 point Dolphins, win streak Eagles, and pre-Ravens game 49ers.

Lamar gets my vote for MVP, but he’s not unbeatable.  Their defense on the other hand they run, and they hit, and they rally for EVERYTHING.

Would much rather have that #2 seed and catch them later on.

No he didn't have a chance, let be real.

Ehh if he gets 4 TDs and buries the Patriots then goes in and dismantles the Dolphins to win the AFC East while also clearly having the most TDs in the whole league I think he has a shot.

  11. Lamar Jackson just won MVP today.  I felt like Josh had a chance if he came out and buried the patriots today but the game was too messy.  Lamar is the best player on the best team in the NFL.

With that being said if we catch them in the AFC champ game I have all the faith in these Bills going in and getting dirty.
