He's had the alleged GOAT at QB since the turn of the century. Yet he still cheated. Why?
The logic here is reversed....the cheating created the alleged GOAT. We may never find out the truth....but I think there is something the Pats discovered...a new advanced way to cheat....cheating on multiple fronts. I'm not really sure what it was or is....but if the Pats all of a sudden become dominant for two more years, that means a new advanced way to cheat has been invented. I also think the circle of guys who know the "cheat" are limited. Possibly only Tom and Bill.

Let's bring him in so he can quit at halftime. In that way we can add HIS half to Vontae's half and we got ourselves a FULL game before retirement and the world is right again!!
Since Buffalo again has been the brunt of jokes....this time for a guy who retires at halftime, it would be clever to sign a guy but keep it hush hush....then trot him out after the half. He doesn't have to even play much....just give the media something to have fun with.

I have visited Buffalo twice in the last two years....one home game against the Cardinals....W......Sunday against the Vikes...W.....sitting at Danny's on Genesee. Great to be back home better to get a W each time. I wonder if Delta can offer a season ticket on an MD88.✈

For the Bills I think they will be in the same place after week 17 unless Allen lights it up and somehow we get competent in the trenches.
Both happened.....go Bills

Even with an official W.....the media will say the other team lost...or didn't show up. It will be that way for awhile.....

Allen’s hand was moving forward and the announcers on TV agreed.
it doesn’t matter now.
Yeah....simple physics......Ray Ray was in front of him....no way to get him the ball except to push it forward....even if it was ever so slightly.

Until the refs figure this out give one challenge per team that can only be used for a play call like this. No timeout lost if you lose the challenge. A Mulligan.

For the entire tuhrod tenure I felt sick on third and more than 5 yards. Yesterday....it just felt different. I remember back in the glory years it was relaxing to see Kelly in shotgun Reed loaded for bear on third down. I felt a little of that yesterday.....anyone else feel that way?

The dichotomy of Josh Allen.
Looks awesome standing back there. Stands tall, keeps eyes downfield, never afraid to get hit, will throw at any point...
...but he just isn't making the reads. We may have have to just get some burners at WR and have them run posts, sluggos, and 9's. Then he can just look deep. Be a "chunk play" offense if we have to. We have to make it work with this kid.
Or maybe he learns how to read a defense. If that happens, he could be scary (good).
If the scouting report on Allen is staring down his receiver......then sandbag a little at the outset of the game and stare down a few.....then hit your second read all day.

From what little I saw of Trubisky, it looks like the game is a little slower for him than for Allen at this point. I do think Allen has better physical tools, but needs to recognize the defense and be able to adjust at the snap count. In a year from now, I would think JA >> Trubisky.
Allen has better tools....Water's cold...... deep too!

It's obvious Allen missed open guys. It's also obvious that the O-line was a group of 5 matadors at times.
Give it time.
Missing open guys is be expected....but not for more than half a season....a la tuhrod.

A more reasonable question is ....how many Bills starters would not start for Alabama.....? One or two probably.

I loved those games!!! Wasn't it the other way around though? College champs vs NFL All Stars?

Has anyone else noticed that the NFL has turned into the arena league?

It evolved when the passing game started being emphasized in high school ball. Better passers are coming through the ranks. This is the same trend as the "athletic qb who uses his legs". Or maybe the NFL started the trend and lower ranks caught on. ?? My point is ....wait....there is no point. Points to ponder....
