  1. Big night for a big player. He was absolutely amazing in the #NFLThursdayNightFootball game, against the Niners. I thought to myself 'We're changing culture in Buffalo. Meanwhile, in LA (Rams), Watkins is having a Pro Bowl Season. Watkins can make a catch down the sideline, over the shoulder, in double coverage. Yet, Jones can't make a catch on the right hash marks, in single coverage. Can someone please explain to me again, why we traded Watkins?'. My thoughts exactly.
  2. This is my first post on the Stadium Wall, so please bare with me. Does anyone think, with just after 2 weeks into the season, we as fans may be jumping the gun on things? I mean, I know what's reality and what's fantasy. And I'm a realist more than anyone know. I honestly think, we're seriously looking at a 1-8 record going into the bye week. We have Arizona coming in next week. Arizona's offense is way better than the Jets offense. After that, on the road at New England, on the road at the Rams (our only win, maybe), at home for San Francisco, on the road at Miami, at home for New England and finish on the road at Seattle before the bye week (I will be going to that game considering I live in the Pacific Northwest). I'm not trying to be a hypocrite. I'm not suggesting one thing, then suggesting another. I'm simply saying, if we can pull it together, we can definitely be at .500 or maybe even better by the bye week. But, history has proven to support the reality. But, we can't be so quick to look for instant and immediate gratification. I mean, I feel like, if we do go into the bye week at 1-8, Rex may be unemployed before we come back off of the bye week. And I'll be sitting here, thinking 'Wow! Less than 20 months on the job and he's already fired. So, any outside coach looking in, is thinking to themselves 'We only have less than 20 months to turn a long time losing franchise into a winning franchise or we'll be fired. What incentive does the Buffalo Bills offer me for me to come coach there?' It's something we need to think about. Because if we're always so quick to jump the gun, then we're going to continue getting crap coaches who don't care and will be fired or quit in less than 2 years. Then, we start all over. So, do we want to continue on this trend? Or do we want to develop some type of longevity and create consistency so we can have a winning franchise? Think about it. Would you want to work for an employer who consistently has an extremely high turnover rate? Or do you want to work for an employer who has a low turnover rate? Think about it. Me, personally, I would want to work for an employer who has a low turnover rate.
