Tyrod has started in like what, 1 game?
How can he even try comparing them statistically is beyond me. Awful article.
The thought of Buffalo getting a 'Willy Beamen' type QB--a Cinderella story late round drafted brotha who lights up the league makes me giddy.
In reality though-- these guys tend to put the ball on the carpet when they're up against NFL defenses. He'll have to dazzle the coaches with knowledge of the playbook and throwing accuracy to beat out EJ for number two.

Why should Fred (as a competitor) be helping his teamates with their games?
The only thing he can show these players is how to prepare as you age as a player.....maybe some of those younger guys just can handle that?
I think we will see a different side of Fred Jackson this year though.....he comes into this season as a unquestioned backup as they brought in a top 5 NFL running back.....so maybe the mentorship role will be more in affect.
If the O line can't protect Cassel and McCoy isn't a factor, Fred will be in for sure to pass protect and catch screen passes--if he puts it on the carpet however--we'll know his age is a factor and use him solely for PP.

My head still aches when I think about his fumble in the KC game. Talk about a total momentum change in a flash...
He is likely as good as gone.
KC Will pay Nov.29th. We handed them a couple of games due to our poor ball security and poor coaching. I never liked Brown--but for him to not want to be here (or can't) for this new beginning--he must really be in a jam.

Do you not think that balls with lower PSIs are less likely to be fumbled?
All those fumbles that never happened... We've not played the patriots fair and square since before Bledsoe played for them.
They stole our signs back when we were just building our young team---hard enough to get wins in the NFL--but when Billy B knows the play being called and sneaks his Free Safety to where the ball will be thrown, or he brings a linebacker to exactly the right gap to stuff our runner---well, it's even harder to win. They can go for a long walk off a short pier.
-
The fumbling statistics from 2007 to present day lead me to believe it is not a myth and there is certainly an advantage they have gained.
Once the ball is customized to a players preference, it's no longer an NFL licensed ball-- It's now something different.

Alcohol is so awesome! ---just don't let us find any marijuanna in your pee.

If we land Collins that would just be the icing on the cake. This team WILL be a force to be reckoned with.
Only if Collins is a psychopath and commited the murders and was found not guilty.
If he is innocent of the charges--how could anyone--who had this terrible thing happen to him/her possibly be able to move on and excel in life and work-- without years of healing and therapy.

FJ will probably be a 5-8 touch per game guy this season and that should keep him healthy and effective. 1 more year.
Watching Fred run is like watching fast water wash over smooth rock. If Fred was never on the Bills, Whaley would be searching for someone like him to play his limited roll. If you're looking for him come fall--he'll be in the endzone.

I feel like the link should have been to the onion and had another 2 paragraphs about how there are dark powers in NE.
Belli is a great coach. AND he rigged a way to lessen fumbles of his ball carriers--now that that is over, and his players are on a level playing field--we might have a chance.
-
If they play disciplined and commit few penalties the talent level is so high they could grind out 12 wins.
If they're reckless and give first downs away regularly--look we got Richie for god's sake. Rex for a coach.--they could win as little as eight.

How Buddy passed on this hometown freak of nature is only ----oh wrong thread

Fitz has gritz
He's tough as nails. I can't imagine sitting upright--let alone play NFL football with a broken rib. Matt C. has good vision down field though--good at play action--but can we hold long enough for play action to work?? Soo many questions. I'll take Fitz ahead of Matt C. 'cause the devil we know..

How is an injured/injury prone bottom performing vet entering his 8th season going to improve?
Chris Williams
By looking within.
-
They believe Seantrel, Chris, Cyril and Cyrus will improve. Cordy, another year older is a good thing too.
-
Marcus Easley
John Conner

This team could suck horribly. For years. We don't deserve it but this whole Rex thing could blow.
-
Brown should be out. Roster spot used for late round RB
-
Ryan likes their young players at Hughes' position. I don't blame him--I'm for spending this years money on O players too.
-
He's got to learn how to throw while running to his right--it's a thing you would think to be mandatory for a player to be drafted.
That-- and he's got to get a mean streak.

Tyrod Taylor or Michael Vick
-
Adrian Peterson and Rex
Get'r'done.

Not an upgrade? Are you smoking crack? Who is better? Urbik? Pears? Williams? No, No, and No.
I bet he will be a starter from day 1.
Yes they are all better. Richie candidate for first cuts.
-
Even when he was at his best he wasn't great. Not an upgrade. Won't play in season.
