Cosell is a walking encyclopedia of player knowledge. He has a lot facts jammed into that cranium.
True, just like Hoecht and Ogunjobi had PEDs jammed into theirs.

Highmark Stadium only holds about 70,000 people. I find it highly unlikely that one of them could have acted like a drunk a-hole during the game.

I heard "Coop!" and I literally thought: Why is Seattle rooting for him? Eventually, I figured it out.

No one thought it was funny? I replied to the comment (below) on page one.
LMAO means "laugh my ass off."
If he's "laughing his ass off" then he's finding humor in something that's not funny.
Nice name calling btw.
And TableDestroyer69 was the one who posted both the LMAO comment, and the comment that said no one thought it was funny.

Allen isn't ranked second best.
I'm guessing Mahomes, Burrow, and Jalen Hurts are all ranked ahead of him. They've got to be in the top 50.

Robert James. He had 9 total career interceptions, played in 3 Pro Bowls, and is on the Wall of Fame. He also roomed with O.J. Simpson when the team played road games.

I just renewed my subscription. The initial sign-up page has a heading reading: "Get a Limited Time Offer for the Rest of this Offseason." It also has fine print at the bottom of the page that says: "Limited time offer pricing is for the rest of this offseason only" This could mean that you are paying for a subscription for offseason content only, and that appears to be the case. After signing up for the $9.99 subscription, I looked at the "manage my subscription" feature, and it says my annual $79.99 subscription "Renews automatically on 8/1/2023"

McDermott is very good at coaching the team in general, but not good at coaching the team during games.

I suggest posting of video showing us how you are currently throwing the football. Then let all of us send our corrections/instructions.
That should be helpful. O almeno divertente!

Serious question: Can a player be fined when no foul is called? If not, then no, AJ won't be fined.

Age of consent in NYS is 17. Is she still considered a child when she is at or above 17?
Yes, for purposes of this law. See the text below. However, I find it odd that New York forbids you from buying cigarettes or drinking until you are 21, but sets the age of consent for sexual relations at 17 . . . .
"THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 3 of section 30.10 of the criminal procedure law, as separately amended by chapters 3 and 320 of the laws of 2006, is amended to read as follows: (f) For purposes of a prosecution involving a sexual offense as defined in article one hundred thirty of the penal law, other than a sexual offense delineated in paragraph (a) of subdivision two of this section, committed against a child less than eighteen years of age, ***** in the first, second or third degree as defined in sections 255.27, 255.26 and 255.25 of the penal law committed against a child less than eighteen years of age, or use of a child in a sexual performance as defined in section 263.05 of the penal law, the period of limitation shall not begin to run until the child has reached the age of [eighteen] TWENTY-THREE or the offense is reported to a law enforcement agency or statewide central register of child abuse and maltreatment, whichever occurs earlier."

New state law extends the statute of limitations for rape in New York
She may be 10 years too late.
I thought she had to be well outside the statute of limitations as well. However, see the last paragraph of the article:
"And in February, Cuomo signed into law the Child Victims Act, which allows survivors of child sexual assault to pursue criminal felony charges until they turn 28, and file a civil lawsuit before age 55."
She was 17 -- and therefore legally a child -- at the time of the alleged assault. Thirty years later she is well within the statute of limitations under this law. billsfan1959 posted the complaint filed on her behalf, and it cites the Child Victim's Act.

Another hit piece propaganda from a divisive far left website. Absolute BS.
Anti American.
Definitely bad journalism. And as is you note, it hits at the very heart of what it means to be American.
I believe it was George Washington who said: "Question not the lobbyists, nor those who do PR. And if ever football shall become a thing, let each man pay his share. Never shall the rich be made to compensate for that from which they profit."

What is your vaccinated self's justification after almost 2 years (of course it's longer because well it was from....not nature) do you have for wanting everyone to get vaccinated even if they don't want it at this point?
I don't think anyone's calling for universal vaccination. It's more that if you sign a contract under which your employer has to pay you $30 million, you should honor that contract.

Who do you think is overlooking them? Every power ranking I've seen has had them listed as the number 1 team in the NFL for the entire season.

The Browns just lost to the Jets. The Browns are entirely capable of losing to the Steelers backups.
Except that the Browns will have their wide receivers against the Steelers backups.

Dareus , Meatball , Hughes and M Williams was a damn good DL
Considering what we gave up ?
Agreed. Bennett for 2 first round picks, 1 second round pick, and an RB. Hughes for Kelvin Sheppard who played only four full seasons in the NFL following the trade.

Patriots at number 4 is way too high. Way too many questions, including what their QB situation will look like.

Are you calling me the powers that be?
I think you're confusing average white people with the people that actually run this world
there are tons of white people in poverty with no wealth and no status who are struggling
The average white person does not hate black people, does not put them down, and does not keep them from moving forward
The average white person is fighting the same powers that be. We aren't making the laws
For some reason my phone spells it with the h instead of a c h and autocorrects it
But I'm pretty sure both are correct
I didn't want to personalize it, so I chose to make my point from a broader perspective. I think the broader perspective is important because, whether or not we advocated for it, it reflects the country we live in. I also think we should take that reality into account when evaluating the NFL's efforts to acknowledge the profound problems with the way black Americans have been treated in our democracy. Seen from that perspective, I don't think playing the Black National Anthem once is much of a burden.
