I'm not going to get into it, but suffice to say it's hilarious to me how many people here are totally ok with cutting Chad Kelly slack, for no other reason than because he's Chad Kelly, but also would scream bloody murder if other players not names Chad Kelly got a break after doing something they didn't like. I could drop one name in here and it would prove my point. But whatever. It doesn't matter.

    OJ?

  2. Wishing Jerry nothing but success. He's a great player who always gave it his all. Hughes  is the only player who spanned the hopeless era (-2013), the inept but fun era (2014-2016), the we-may-be-onto-something era (2017-2019) to the present legit contender period. Hats off to him.

No one is gonna flip away from the Bills game to watch the Vikings game other than Eagles and Vikings fans. Well, unless the Bills are blowing them out, of course.

Only downside is that I have to listen to Aikman and Buck 🙄

Probably not - they'll likely do the ABC game

Interesting the Bills are on ESPN instead of ABC right? Wonder if that has something to do with Minnesota being central time zone?

No, it's likely due to Philly being a top 5 tv market and the station being an O&O (i.e. owned by Disney). I guess Joe & Troy will be doing that game.

    No where in public

If he got taken to the woodshed by McDermott over the lack of run game, and vented in private to someone he thought was a "safe ear" which got told to someone who spread it around color me surprised

Hopefully Daboll will learn something from this - "if you tell a secret to your friend, and your friend blabbs, who told first - you or he?"

Maybe he doesn't care that it was leaked. It really doesn't reflect poorly on either of them, lots of people become unhappy with a job they had for one reason or another after working at it for so long. It's pretty standard in any industry letting others know that you're unhappy and ready to move on if you want to leave.

Just from watching McDaniel's pressers from the 49ers, he seems  like the type of guy who should never be put in charge of other grown men.  Especially, a bunch of large grown men.

His players play tough for him. If they hire him I guess the Dolphins are really doubling down on their YAC Tua-led offense.

No idea why he wouldn’t go for Minnesota with rodgers on his way out

A lot going for him in Miami: An owner he has a friendship with. Similar to his time at SF, they have a good defensive core to hold down the fort while he gradually brings his own offensive guys in. Then factor in lower taxes and like a lot of people he might be sick of the cold weather as he gets older.
