Another blown Draft Pick by DW. 4th Rounder On Clipboard Jones.
That's a 1st and a 4th for two Clipboard Managers. The Bills can get them for less than that. Not Good Value.

Reload??? Fans have accepted 17 Years of poor results and tweaking the roster. Time for a new strategy. Blow it up. Start over. Truth is we aren't close. Bills fired the OC, then the Coaches. When the Bills don't make the playoffs next year they will fire the GM (finally) and rebuild. Team has issues at WR, S, CB, QB, K. and is putting in new schemes on both sides of the ball.
DW keeps selling everybody that the Bills are close. To what?

The goal is to win the Super Bowl. Easier to accomplish with a Franchise QB.
The last time the Bills had one they went to four Super Bowls in a row. That's not just coincidence. The Franchise QB is part of the formula, in most cases, including this year.

When Woods signs elsewhere, that almost wipes out the entire 2013 draft with the exception of Marquise Goodwin and Shady.

Let TT go. Sign a Vet to compete with Cardale for starting job. If Mitch Trubisky is still on the board at 4, and the Bills think he is THE guy trade up into Jacksonville's spot (4) and draft him.

How many of them missed the playoffs for 17 straight seasons - not counting Buffalo? TBR. Find the guy, and draft him. Easier to do it at, or near the top of the Board.

I'm trying to point out that, teams have to build around an elite Franchise QB, if they want to win long term. Look at those names and you'll see that 80% are Franchise Type Blue Chip QB's. A few game managers, but not many. If you don't have the Franchise guy, and you haven't made the playoffs in 17 years, perhaps OBD should do whatever it takes to land one. OBD's job, and they haven't done it for the last 17 years is to find him. Most easily done by drafting at, or near the top of the board. That might require a TBR. Otherwise, 20 years looks realistic.

How many years have the Bills missed the playoffs because at least in part to lack of Franchise QB? 17 going on 20. At this rate, the JAGS are going to make the playoffs before the Bills will. Sad. TBR.

Dolphins - 29th - Tannehill
Five Franchise QB's led their team there. TT led the Bills to 7-9. Even if OBD fixes the D, that doesn't mean the Bills will punch their ticket to the playoffs.

Top 10 D only part of the equation. They need the combination of an improved Defense AND superior play from a FRANCHISE QB. TT has not proven he is THE guy.

I get it - you want to tweak the roster every year and say all the Bills needed was this or that and we would have made it to the wild card game. How many years do the Bills have to miss the playoffs before the expert roster tweakers realize that it is time to blow the thing up? 20? We're almost there.
