  1. I can build that house on a swampy landfill in Guatemala for under $250k. Therefore it's stupidly overpriced. Stupid.

Imagine if the location of a home had an effect on the price? That would be crazy, like if it was 20 minutes from NYC as opposed to in a toilet bowl that gets 3ft snow storms every other week in the winter. But things don't work that way. Go Bills!!!!!

  2. Looks nice, but NJ real estate appears to be way overpriced. That's under a mill here.

What, in the name of all things holy, would inspire you to compare real estate in Buffalo to northern Nj? Seriously. This same house would be "under a mill" in New Mexico too. Why? Think about it.

I love Bills fans =) so cute... Like a puppy

  3. @ProFootballTalk: Jerry Rice doubles down on his admission of cheating with stickum, claims everyone did it http://t.co/aGrmXROITo

This is all PR stuff leading up to the findings from the NFl's bull **** investigation into deflate gate. It also is intended to help Brady's legacy. It's all PR garbage and propaganda. If you don't Get how easy it is to buy a mental midget like Jerry Rice and get him to do this... Look at this guys endorsement resume, he'll do anything for cash.

  4. This is why we say Jets fans aren't smart b.c they show it. The reason Rex failed in NJ was b.c your Jests owner hires dumb GMs who destroy teams.

Ohhhhhhh. Because I only watched ever game his teams played over 6 seasons and attended practices every year. How could I know more about Ryan than you?

  5. What you are not taking into consideration is that up until this past October, there was always a threat that the team could be moved. Especially if the franchise lost its strong following in the area. We've been basically held hostage in an abusive relationship for decades.

No amount of billboards are going to force ANY owner in the NFL to sell out of their investment and billion dollar cash cow.

It's nice that you think fans of any team have that much power in influencing decision making, but it simply isnt the case. Not in Buffalo, and not in NYC New Jersey either.

I was thinking about your hostage situation, I know that had you guys walking on egg shells. I can appreciate that. But if the Jets went a decade and a half without making the playoffs I might be signing up for a billboard encouraging them to move to LA.

  6. I thought he would look better than he did. It was the second time I really watched him play. Lots of short passes. OSU handed him 4 turnovers and he only got 10 points. Saw him in the Rose Bowl and National title game and in both games the other QB looked like the better pro prospect. He threw for a lot of yards against OSU because they couldn't run the ball. I do remember the egregious drops, though.

What do you suggest they do? Become Stillers fans like Dr. Trooth?

First thing is you start boycotting games. Organize a huge group of fans (during the game on Sunday) to give up their seats and go to a homeless shelter or soup kitchen and get some local press to cover it. Leave that stadium half empty in protest. Get a billboard outside the stadium demanding the team get sold. Do something besides sit their and pound chicken wings in the parking lot. Be vocal.

That being said you obviously just changed ownership and coaching. So hopefully you get a taste of postseason life again. With that defense anything is possible, but your coach has only had 2 winning seasons in his career, and hasn't sniffed the post season in 4 years. So, fingers crossed I guess.

  7. yeah, if the Jets dont loose the pick....because of the dumbass owner saying I want Revis back. That's a whole new level of stupid.....

If we lose the #6 overall pick, that jets fans earned by suffering through this horrendous 4 win season, becuase of our dip ship owner, people are going to start flying planes over the practice field demanding he sell the team.

  8. There are just way to many generalizations or accusations without facts behind it to take this thread seriously.

I am not a Patriot fan i am a Bills fan but I am also an American and believe in innocent until proven guilty.

Dont' believe everything you read in the Media. You will be sadly disappointed.

The biggest issue in my opinion that has come out of all this is the NFL leaks to the Media. For an organization that worries about "The Shield" and their reputation so much they sure do a great job at pissing on themselves.

I can't belive the Pats are paying fans of other teams to spread propaganda about how innocent they are LOL

Hope it's worth the money loyal BILLS fan. SMH

(And if by any chance this is actually Bob Kraft trollng, please kill yourself)

  9. I sure hope not. He looks good.

Todd McShay has Mariotta going to the Jets at 6 overall. He has Winston going #1 to Tampa. I know this is very early in the process and these first few mock drafts (this is 2.0) should be taken with a grain of salt, but I don't like playmakers ending up on rival AFC East teams. It might take Mariotta some time to become a star in this league but I don't want such a highly touted QB going to the Jets. If the Jets get him I hope at least they have to give up a bunch of picks to do so.

What are your thoughts? Will you be jealous if the Jets are able to get someone like Mariotta?

    http://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/2uvidk/todd_mcshays_2015_nfl_mock_draft_20/

I want Shane Ray at 6, or Cooper. But just like the 2008 draft we won one too many games, and will miss out on the two guys that can really help us. Not a fan of Mariota becuase he should NOT play day one. He needs at least a half season to sit and learn. And if the Jets take him there will be way too much pressure to start him day one. He will be a deer in the headlights by week 8. I actually like the kid, so I don't want the Jets and the NYC Media to destroy him.

I want Foles as our starter. He has just enough experince to hit the ground running an appease a pretty frustrated fan base. Jets fans aren't like Bills fans. We haven't seen the post season in 4 years and we are ready to burn down Florham Park. I have no idea how yall have accepted 15 years of futility.

  10. Applause hooray, I thought I was the only one that sees this stuff. Omg the holding, it's incredible what the Pats get away with. Btw what stopped u from mentioning the TUCK RULE! That is like the billboard of the NFL love for these cheaters.

    True

I agree... There was also a play where Brady was between the tackles and intentionally grounded the ball, throwing to the middle of the field where there were no recievers. The commentators mentioned "where was the receiver?" yet no penalty was called. That looked like an obvious penalty to me...

    Forgot about that one

I think the OP hits the nail on the head. Yes, every team "cheats" or at least tries to skirt the rules here & there to get an advantage. I think you'd have to be ignorant to think that doesn't happen.

That said, what New England has been doing since Brady took over is uncanny. How many times would Wes Welker be wide open on every play when the defense knows he gets the ball 12-14 times a game? How can Brady have so much time in the pocket? How does their defense have the right play call at the most important times? It reeks of the Patriots having the refs in their back pocket or knowing the opponents plays before they're coming.

Yes, I hate that team. You can call me a "hater" if you want, but something stinks about everything they do. When I hear Kraft "demand an apology" or Brady crying like a little baby when a d-lineman so much as breathes in his direction, it proves the arrogance that this organization is all about. As long as Kraft owns that team, this will always be an issue.

I think one of the reasons the league is getting such horrendous press lately is because of spygate and the Hernandez murders. I think the Pats have pushed the media over the edge and now the gloves are off. Kraft is going to take the whole league down. I can't believe the other owners lay down for it.

  11. Why would Kraft apologize for something they didn't do? Blank apologized because his team did cheat; he admitted so.

And on this recent cheating revelation by the Falcons ..... where is the uproar? This is admitted cheating and not just a fabricated rumour afterall. Why are all of the media outlets not up in arms and asking for justice?

1st off you're a Pats fan right? There's no way you are a bills fan with that view.

Second..... The balls were 2lbs under inflated. There is no question it happened in house. I don't expect him to come out and throw anyone under the bus until the investigation is completed. But to stand up and demand an apology, without all the facts sends a clear message ... that we know you can't prove it if we just play dumb, and I'm not interested in finding out what happened regardless.

  12. So I was talking to the wife about the Patriots and their cheating ways. And I thought it would be interesting to see what Bills fans think about my take on it. Like they say, the enemy of your enemy is your friend.

I have no issue with the Patriots cheating. I know that's not going to be popular here, nor is it popular amongst my Jets comrades. But I was watching something recently where Parcells said that in 85 Bill Walsh faked that his headphones were not working at the opening of a game so that the Giants, in turn, couldn't use theirs. This was an advantage to the 49ers becuase they scripted their first 15 or so plays. It was pretty crafty way of circumventing the rules. I have nothing but respect for Walsh, but even he pulled stuff like this. If you're not cheating you're not trying.

My issue with the Pats is that they have Goodell in their back pocket. They think they are above the law, they play like they are sqeaky clean and most importantly their games are manipulated by the refs on a weekly basis. Their championships are tainted, but it's becuase of the bull **** calls and non-calls from the refs, not cheating. Everyone cheats in the NFL. Honestly, how many Jets and Bills players do you think take steroids? See my point?

This past Super Bowl had two key plays that were OBVIOUS penalties and were not called. There was the Edelman TD where he pushed off so blatantly... any other team it's offensive PI. If you can grab a defender on the goaline and throw him off of you anyone could score. The other was that play where the Pats defender went to the ground, reached out with his hand and tripped the Seattle WR. It wasn't legs getting tangled or anything like that, it was grabbing the receivers foot, in the wide open, with 10 different cameras catching it. Even the NBC crew posted it out.

2 or 3 calls and non-calls like that, placed in the right spot can increase you chance of winning by a huge percentage. That's how their empire was built, and that's why its garbage.

I give Aurthur Blank a lot of credit. He owned what happened in Atlanta and that fake crowd noise thing, and he said he will take care of it. He was obviously upset. He doesn't belive he is above the law like Kraft. He didn't demand an apology. Pats players do this outrageous **** during the games becuase they know they won't be called out.

How did they put together this offensive line so quickly. They were a mess early in the season. But somewhere around week 5 they realized that they can hold every play, and I don't mean normal holding, I mean grabbing guys and wrapping their arms around their waists, almost ripping their jerseys off and tackling them to the ground and laying on them. It's not hard to give Brady 6 seconds in the pocket every drop back when you can do anything you want to the defender.

So that's my rant. I feel like so many people can't see the forest for the trees. Do you have trees in Buffalo or does the 100 feet of snow a year kill all vegetation? Random thought, don't answer that =)

  13. Watch the play. Brady's pass to Amendola.

Edelman and LaFell are both on the line and go on patterns. Amendola on same side a half yard off the line, which is also illegal. But Edelman is not a legal receiver.

I was yelling at the TV when it happened.

    http://www.nfl.com/

Brady breaks Montana's TD record is the play.

What about the push off??? It was text book offensive pass interference. And they keep showing it as a highlight. Only the Pats.

  14. Name calling is childish, yet mocking the entire population of a city because someone pointed out your decided lack of grammatical prowess and inability to tell the difference between an extra "r" and an otherwise nonsensical statement is mature?

For shame, momento foot ruth (in case you thought I didn't know what I was typing, I'm suggesting your screen name needs work).

I never said I wasn't childish, I just don't participate in that particular version of cowardly childishness. There's something about resorting to name calling on the Internet.

However, Mocking your division rivals fan base and their overall intelligence is an age old all American thing.

  15. I'm in New Orleans. I'm not shocked that someone from New Jersey does not know the difference.

You come here to troll; you won't be given the respect of the other posters. If you want to troll double check your grammar.

to and too is the most common typo on the face face of the earth. It's not a grammar issue. Check my other posts as an example of my grammatical prowess

Are there a lot of females named Kevin in NJ?

He clearly meant "he" not "her"

I banged a chick named Kevin once.... Oh wait a minute. DAMN IT!

That makes two of us, which makes it too obvious to others.

    GO BILLS!!!

    Well played

  16. For those of you who follow Kevin Massare on Twitter, her had this little piece today after a talk with his "inside source":

    Kevin Massare @KevinMassare

Source would not address QB with me, just said "we will be going a route that not many have talked about". SO take that for what its worth.

No idea what it means, but...

    Discuss.

Ok, "her had" a little piece with zero content. i think her had nothing to tweet so her had to make something up.

And there's also a joke here about the Bills QB position not being something many have talked about in general... becuase it's Buffalo. But I'm to classy to go that route.

  17. I'd give him a shot for the veteran minimum. He knows of he messes up he's gone. Why not give him a chance? He's better than anyone else we got

You don't have a better O-linemen on your roster who is better than an aging guard who was at his prime a B- player, and hasn't played in almost 2 calendar years?

    Sad

What would you say if I told you rex was gonna bring in the ultimate bully... Incognito?

I doubt Rex has much say in this, but I will say that someone will take a shot on this guy. I'm shocked he was blackballed in 2014. I know nothing about your o-line, so I can't comment on that. Rex does have a good track record with players who have struggled in other locker rooms.

  18. I started in his first game when we got the ball, were beating the pats by 2, and went into the no huddle with 4 mins left in the game.

    First game? Whoa.

Do any of you Bills fans, who are so glad to see Marrone gone, have any posts on here where you can prove you wanted him gone.... before he suddenly skipped out of town?

It seems like this is revisionist history. I'm not saying he was wildly popular, but I'm confident that at 9-7 you all felt you were going the right direction.

  19. I was always a bit underwhelmed by the guy. For all the hype, he struck me as a bit of an amateur. When I read that he changed the way of life at Syracuse, making them toe the line and wear suits, I thought whatever.

His first year? 6 wins? Not impressed.

But when he was at camp and making players run laps, yelling at Hughes, being an a-hole....didn't care for it. When I heard about him yelling at the other Doug in front of the team? That's when I disliked the guy. When he took it public.

I'm glad he's gone. Prima donna had to go.

Really? He led you to 9 wins including success vs AFC East rivals. And you didn't like him becuase he was too hard on millionaires?

Well, I will say this. If you want a coach who won't be hard on players, you got your man.
