I did notice several workers there on Sunday. Which makes sense. They can park on the site for free, work for several hours getting OT/Sunday pay, then go in and watch the game.

Buddy I tailgate with has been working on the stadium since almost the beginning (concrete*), they were told all work had to wrap up 3 hours prior to kickoff and no staying on site for parking.

    * I thought they would be close to done concrete but he was saying even the roof had a concrete pour involved in it, something to do with the roof heating system

  2. I left, it was 11pm, I was exhausted, and it's 90 - 120 minutes to walk to my car/drive home.  Happy for those who stayed, don't get the hate for the ones who left.  Clearly the team noticed people leaving and it annoyed them.  Clearly the results improved when we left.  We'll never know if the leavers made a difference or if the Bills D was due some successes and they finally got them.

Loved Josh's post game interview saying they noticed fans leaving

"We saw fans leaving in the 4th. Thats ok. We'll be ok. Just have faith"

Reading various interviews today and in one of them Josh mentioned 3 times about fans leaving early.  I applaud everyone who stayed but I also think the leavers had the desired affect on the team, they clearly locked in when the stands started to thin out.  Maybe it was just a coincidence, maybe not.

I was riding my bike to check out the vibe near the stadium and there were actually a few people getting set up there yesterday.

I popped in to say hi to Eric but he wasn't there, so took the opportunity to do a Dizzy Bat race. ;)

Setting up early has to be arranged with Hammer, not something you can just do... and lol

  5. PARKING Question - What's it like walking from Southwestern to the stadium this year?  Can you walk through the ECC and across to Hammer's lot or do you need to go around the construction?  On the latest stadium video it looks like the lot behind Hammers has been paved and lines painted... not sure if staff or anyone parks there or if it's all fenced off.

Coin flips.  Bills win the coin toss.

What do you do, boys and girls?

Me?  I take the kick off.  Given this offense and defense, I try to score.

Stadium is always quiet to start the 2nd half, kick the ball to start the game and know that the noise will be insane for the first series of the new season.  Ravens will struggle.  Don't want the Ravens getting the ball to start the 2nd half when it's super quiet.

Having been in there, and on every level, of the new stadium last week, I believe you’ll find it to be much more intimate than the current stadium.

What's it like from the front of the upper deck?  Does it feel close to the field?  The current sidelines go back up to 52 rows,  the new stadium sideline seats don't go back that far, going off the images it seems that the front upper deck isn't any further back than the last row of the current lower bowl, it's just higher.

I also wonder if most, if not all, of their Canadian season ticket holders said no thanks?

I'm a Canadian, I bought a PSL, all the Canadians I tailgate with bought PSLs... I suspect PSL price/value and some people struggling to pay bills played a bigger part in this.  Ultimately I think the maximum number of seats will all go to season ticket holders.  They still have 12 months to sell.

I'd like to see a shot down the sideline, just to see how stacked the decks are on top of each other.  Anyone have that shot?  Curious how much further back the front of the upper deck is vs the front of the lowest section.

Found one on the Bills site FWIW, stacked pretty much one over the other, doesn't look like the front of the upper level is further back than the front of the second level
