What a horrible game and horrible performance by Arizona!
Lot of points to give up against a defense like Denver. The Carolina offense is defensible.
Agreed, and a good point. To me, Carolina's defense is almost as good, and their offense is substantially better. I could see Denver's D wearing down early against them.
The big wildcard is that -- and I could be wrong because I did a really quick check -- Denver hasn't played against a good running QB all year. Actually, they haven't played against any running QB all year. I think they're in for a rude awakening, given how good Cam is.
Anything under a TD and I'm betting big. As luck would have it, wife is in Vegas.

DE Jared would be a good fit for cheap.
Where are the QBs?
Probably left off because the list is brutal:

I'd be willing to bet a lot of money the Panthers crush the Broncos in two weeks.
Predictions for the opening line? I say Carolina -8.5.

My wallpaper for the week.
Well at least the Pats have the draft to look forward to. Oh wait.
Good one!
Nothing alleged about it. Those chowderheads accepted fines and sanctions. TWICE.
Yup. It was sarcasm. Kind of in the way Jim Rome says it.

?
Think he means that the Cardinals are on the receiving end of Big Bubba. Could be wrong, but that would make sense if you're watching the game.
-
It can plenty of years. Has before and could have today, but didn't.
Denver was #3 against the run this year and #1 against the pass. I give them credit for today rather than bashing Brady (on this point).
I'm rooting for Peyton all the way, Class act HOF QB deserves one more before he hangs it up.
I am, too. Would love to see this ending for him. But while the Pats* have two great healthy players, Carolina and Arizona are ridiculously well balanced, if not stacked. I think the SB is going to be ugly -- Seattlesque -- for Peyton, and that would be a shame.

Great job Denver for getting to the Super Bowl! Pre-congratulations to Carolina/Arizona for winning it.

Some real classy posts here guys.
The fact that Brady is a great QB is grounds for mad respect.
The fact that Brady is a world-class, whiny, classless, *cheating douche who made zero friends on his way up is grounds for classless posts on his way down.

My God! Stay Down!
Ha, yeah. I'm not sure if it's an awareness issue or what with some of these guys.

Rex Ryan, Rob Ryan, and Jeff Weeks should never be in a room together. A bunch of goofballs.
This is going to be embarrassing.
I can't explain why, but for some reason I feel really dirty today. Shower didn't help.

He's toast & has been quite a while according to Chris Cooley the old TE from Washington.
There's a name from the past. Isn't he the guy who tweeted a "little" more than just the Redskins playbook in like 2008?
-
It's the only fitting ending. Now we'll see how much the D wants to win for Rex.
-
Seriously nice turnaround by Carp. Didn't think he could rebound today.
-
Right... on... cue.
-
Good job putting the first botch behind him.
-
I'm a big fan of points, and he added a good laugh.
That helmet slam is priceless.
-
Credit where it's due. He got us points.
-
Kickers are an odd thing.
Carp has played like he played this year before. Then he came here and was fantastic for two years. Now he's having a down year.
I wouldn't mind him back here next year.
With that said, I wouldn't be upset if he was jettisoned if it allowed us also get rid of our kickoff specialist position entirely, and carry a single kicker who can fill both roles.
Fair enough. As I just posted, Gostkowski just missed his second of the year in Miami. Something's in the air. I agree with getting a kicker who can do both.
-
Might be something in the air -- NE's kicker just missed his second of the season.
-
Revis Island huh?
Kinda like Maldives. Sinking further each year.
-
Nick Folk isn't playing.
And while Carp has had a tough year with the new EP rule, and may well be done here, that does mean that the wind didn't screw with the kick.
You're right. Bullock; My bad. Wind is bad, but a kicker is paid to do one thing, rain, shine, wind, snow, dome. Carp has been awful all year and we need a change.
-
It's the wind.
Maybe in Folk's case. Carp is done.

Battle of the fail kickers.

That's pretty incredible. It'll be interesting to see what it morphs into after folks realize the #1 team in the NFL just decimated the #2 team in the NFL.
