That's because you're accustomed to Bills teams of the past.  The kind of teams that lose critical games to the other guys' backups and generally come up small at the worst possible times.  Thankfully I think those days are behind us -- from the coaching staff to the QB on down, this seems like a team that's going to be ready to play no matter what.

I mean, you could tell Josh Allen that the game has been moved to tomorrow morning, in the parking lot of the abandoned drive-in two towns over, and the first words out of his mouth would be "Who needs a ride?"

I mean Titans could win this game but I am over that, I am more worried about the team getting the virus.

If this new + can be determined to have been infected by a non-Titan and has not been in any contact with a Titan, meaning he didn't go into the facility yesterday, I could see them pressing forward with Tuesday night. But they better explain and prove that clearly and loudly today if all that's the case. A lot of riding on perception now.

They did a full walkthrough yesterday. If this was a coach I am guessing they would be there unless they were self isolating at home in which case this is a non-issue because yesterday was the first (authorized) gathering of the Titans org in weeks. So they were definitely there and probably shedding virus somewhere in the facility.

yeah— agree. That will also give the NFL

some flexibility in how harshly to punish the titans. If they just put this off and “wait and see,” in about 4-5 weeks, when it is clear that they are just blowing every protocol, the league can just call forfeits on all titan games and shut that team down.

Yeah but waiting can also lead to accusations of tipping the scales if that 2-0 W proves pivotal to Buffalo. If forfeiture is an option the league can't delay weeks to use it to avoid the appearance of being biased one way or another.

People were talking the Bills refusing to play earlier in the week. I put that at probably 5% before. I would change that to 20% now. I couldn’t blame them either.

If the Bills forfeit so be it. I'd rather they lose 2-0 than risk a possible deep playoff run because we get COVID like the Titans and can't shake it.

My guess is the reason the Titans game is taking longer for a decision is because it’s a little trickier of a situation, given that they have already used their bye last week...

Nah that ain't it. They could have just said postpone to an undetermined date to be announced later today or tomorrow. They genuinely not give any ***** and want this game to go ahead despite all logic and reason that it should not.

They just moved the pat Broncos to NEXT Sunday...  after the pat Positive test this morning...   No way they can proceed with the bills game now right???

Broncos-Patriots game is being moved to next Sunday, sources tell ESPN. Broncos were supposed to play Miami; that won’t happen. That game is being rescheduled.

    Oh it absolutely will man.

Outside of the complete stupidity to try and put the Titans on the field, the thing that drives me the most crazy here is that they are “waiting for the league to tell the FO the plan”

Holy Shirts! This team has been coinstantly testing positive for 2 weeks now. There shouldn’t be a wait for a plan/instruction moment anymore. Hey Titans/Bills. If you test positive again, we are doing x.

I don't know how you mess this up so bad. The league had their championship game just before the virus hit the US in force and they got to see how dozens of other sporting bodies across the world returned to play. There should be at least be a flow chart about how to deal with this. But naaah, this game will be played. I really don't care if the Bills lose anymore, I will take getting the ***** out of Nashville without the team contracting the virus as a huge win.

When did facility open? Has that staff member been isolated already.... ? If so play the game!!!

The players and staff have been isolated for awhile. If this staff member hasn’t been around anyone that shouldn’t affect the game.

    Unless he has been....

They just did a walkthrough yesterday, I would imagine most if not all of the coaching staff would have been there. Unless he/she was continuing to self isolate at home the whole team has been possibly exposed again.

    Sure about that?

Sure about? Activating a bunch of players day of and putting them in the game without any practice is a bad idea when they are so far removed their last practice/game. The Titans are pushing to get as many people cleared as possible to practice Monday but not sure who they will get back

    No, we don't.

Depends on too many things we don't know:  Did he have symptoms?  If so, when did they stop? How severe were they?

It's possible he could be back.

Also even if he can return how smart is it to throw a bunch of players in who haven't played in weeks and have zero practice? I'd imagine most of the will still sit even if they could play because they aren't game ready, can't risk it.
