I'm surprised the NFL isn't lobbying Congress to allow them to assess and collect a drone flying license fee, equivalent to a PSL, from anyone flying their drones over/near an NFL stadium.

Nagy is the Executive Director of the Senior Bowl. He's not going to say " we invited this guy to participate and he sucked".

I don't have a clue in my simple brain as to what Beane should/will do. He has something up his sleeve. All I know is if we keep the #2 from Houston, I will be praying for Minnesota to hit the bottom next year. A high 30's - low 40's pick in 2025 will keep me happy. In Beane we trust.

Unfortunately, in this day and age, the most important members of an NFL team aren't the HC and GM. It is the team attorney.

No team can sign a player with an expiring contract from another team before 4 pm today. They can only agree to terms.

True, the Detroit News ran a story out here today that the non-playoff teams have to do a lot of high-risk/cost deals. Last year, the top 5 spenders were Denver, New Orleans, Atlanta, Chicago and Las Vegas. None even sniffed the playoffs. Carolina will be the 2024 leader of the pack.

Given the cap space from Tre isn't available until post-June 1, are the Bills prohibited from reaching a "handshake deal" with a player now that is actually signed after June 1? If yes, that may way a to grab a player they want now but can't sign because of current cap constraints.

One of the travel issues may be traced back to BIA. The runway is not rated for larger commercial aircraft from both length and aircraft weight requirements. This limits the team to smaller, less comfortable jets for travel. From experience traveling more than 100,000 miles per year, I’d much rather sit in a 757/767 than a 737 (even if the doors stay on) and I’m only 5’9”.
Smaller jets? They normally fly a Delta Airbus 350. Over 300 seats and many of those are Delta One and Premium Select. I think they want the Bills to copy NE and buy their own 767 and equipment it with only first class seats. That 4 1/2 hour jaunt to California is brutal.

There is a reason they have all those rings.
OK, multiple reasons, and that’s what you need, everything to line up just right.
And one of those reasons is they don't have Sean McDermott as their HC.

Baker is a Geno Smith type talent in the league. He can bring you into the playoffs if your team is strong, but he wont put you over the top. For a team who has been average for a while (Raiders/Bucs/Saints) it makes sense to bring him in.
For a bottom dweller, draft a QB. For a good team, you dont need to look his way.
Bring you to the playoffs, but not put you over the top. That sounds like a Head Coach that we all know and love.

Living here in Detroit surround by Lions crazies it would be: "Lions Win Super Bowl Before Buffalo Bills". The Lions are legit. The difference between Dan Campbell and Sean McDermott is like night and day.

Good old Pete, the guy who purposely ran up the score and put up 50 pts on the Bills in 2012 when they played in Toronto. Ah, the Toronto series, that's a part of Bills history we all would like to forget.

Just remember we live in a time where what's true is getting harder to know, and that's by design. No area is exempt.
You are correct. It finally dawned on me this site and all of us don't really exist. It is run by an NFL AI bot using Chat Gpt.

How many y'all gonna watch next game?
I'll be watching, but man it sucks being most likely out of the playoff picture this early and wishing for "tank for the draft" mode once again.

Wonder if we can trade McDermott and Beane for Daboll and Schoen?

Tried to tell several of you that Dawkins was trash and got flamed for it. Brown shouldn't be a starter either he has regressed mightily. Its a real problem.
Dawkins, he should change his nickname to the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man - fat, slow and soft.

From what he has shown so far, it looks like Kincaid indeed has the potential for a great career. Now, we need to hope Dorsey and McDermott put him in positions to succeed. I'm not holding my breath on that happening.

People here in Detroit are also excited because the Lions signed "Pro Bowler" Bobby Hart too!

And kicked him in the backside on his way out the door with a $60 million fine. Now all the supposed dirt he has on the Commish, Jerry and the others may be rolling out soon.

I’m actually pretty excited about this pick. He’s got awesome long term potential, but should be an absolute nightmare to cover if used as basically a big slot guy. Major concerns are his lack of experience and the fact he needed injuries to break the Utah line up. Those are some big red flags to me. That said, the guy has all the tools and a nice set of hands. Worst case, he should be a 40-60 catch guy, best case he develops to a Kelce type that’s just impossible to deal with. The fact Knox is also a well above average all around TE, if schemed up properly, this could be real good.
Our arch enemy TB12 needed an injury to break into NE's lineup. Unfortunately for the rest of the NFL, it worked pretty well for him and the Pats, I believe.

Here in Detroit the local sports talk station "97.1 - The Ticket" is owned by the same company that owns WGR. The on-air personalities are worlds better than at WGR. But. in fairness to WGR, here we have the Lions. Wings, Tigers and Pistons to digest in addition to UM and MSU. College fb and bb are big here. Tough to fill time with just Bills and Sabres talk.

KC calls Beane and offers, even up, Butker for Bass. Does BBB make the trade?
