The only benefit is you can trick out a dome and host other events even in bad weather, a city is also able to try to host a Superbowl if you erect a dome that is attractive enough for such an event.
Obviously, there is a lot more to this and it starts going down the road of balancing investors with public investment, logistics, and how such an endeavor fits in an overall strategy of attracting businesses, favorable taxation policies, and revitalization efforts and those belong on another board.
There is no advantage it sucks for everone equally. Fans included.

All the players would rather play in a dome. Its common sense if you live in a cold weather city. Plus its one less thing other teams can use against you in free agency.

As a Black man i think this is weird. This will only have a negative effect ultimately. You cant force teams to hire anyone besides who they want to hire. It is what it is. NFL cares about wins not color.

I am not a fan of spending big money on 4-3 LBs. I feel like like he can be replaced with a 3rd or fourth round pick. Offer the 6 ir 7 mil we get for letting Trent Murphy walk. If he dont like it kick rocks and play a rookie for a fraction of the cost

We are truly in a good position to grab best available. That prevents teams from trading up in front of you to take a player they know you want. We can go any direction! I hope we go all offense for 2-4.

I would love to see us draft offense. WR, TE, and RB. They wont have any pressure to come in and contribute and they could learn in a reserve capacity.
