I’ve never quite understood the appeal of those low-level end zone seats. Yeah, you might get a great play that happens real close to you, but it’s a fairly bad view if they’re down at the other end, particularly if you are on the scoreboard end.  Clubs are ideal, especially if it’s cold and/or raining. The 300 level, lower half aren’t far behind and great on a nice fall day.
Do fans want the first row so they’ll be seen on TV? For me, it’s harder to see how the play is developing and where everybody’s lined up when you’re at field level. The reason coordinators like to sit in the booth is because they can see the field better.

To each their own of course, but if you’re truly trying to WATCH the game, you’re far better off just doing it at home. When I go to a game I want the experience, including getting a good look at the players and the speed and sounds of the game.

totally agree. A draftee can deal with it. Where I think the problem happens when 2 places are 50/50 coin flip FA. All things being equal WR/QB FA would not want blizzard conditions. It's why I strongly believe WR/QB for BUF has to be (forcibly) drafted vs. FA. Defense/OL blizzards for FA less so.

I get the logic, but does it actually happen?  I bet this ranks  WAY down the list of importance to a FA or any player for that matter.

I mean all teams can now practice in doors, so we're talking about maybe 2 or 3 home games per year with potentially bad weather?  Whooppee

How about you go to the actual experience before you whine all over the Internet about it. Of course it's a ***** sales pitch. They're trying to sell you something.

    Weirdo.

Yeah, I don’t get the analogy.  It’s JUST like a timeshare condo pitch, other than you are buying something completely different than a tmeshare? 🤔🤔

  4. Hand-wringing over a handful of draft busts over the last 4 or 5 years is a waste of time.  It happens - and will continue to happen- to even the best of the best.
if the busts were ridiculous reaches at the time (Maybin, EJ Manuel, etc) you’d have a leg to stand on, but they weren’t.

I agree which makes no sense. We have THE premier training facility in the NFL and this crap keeps happening?  Sean and company need to do an honest evaluation of the training staff and what methodologies they are implementing.

Having to win 5 straight games just to REACH the playoffs, and then playing in the Wild Card round, got us in the end. How nice would it be to rest starters week 18 and then get a bye??? Dare to dream

I think there was no intent to "fake slide". But he thought about sliding for a moment and started the process, then realized he didn't need to and stopped.

The roughing was an atrocious call. And I despise how he's always clamoring for a flag whenever a defender gets close to him.

That roughing call is made 100 out of 100 times.  You may not like it, but it wasn’t an atrocious call.

The thing I would disagree on here is the bubble screen thing actually did work.  Josh just took too long to come off Diggs and didn't see Davis wide ass open streaking to the end zone.  If he came off Diggs a half second sooner then that was an easy TD instead of incomplete to Kincaid who was covered tight.  Also Buffalo scored 14 points in the second half of the Eagles game and it should have been 17 if not for the missed FG.

If you rewatch that play, Allen basically takes NO drop-back…it was designed as just a quick hit to Diggs.   When Josh realized that play was going to be blown up , to his credit he knew he couldn’t the scan the field and find an open receiver.   instead he  just quickly reset and threw deeper and to the outside for Kincaid.

Allen leaves a disturbing amount of points on the board.  He’s so talented that he overcomes a lot of that.  But that pass has to be completed to Davis.  80% of starting QB’s complete that pass and win the game. The 3 straight incompletions after 1st down at the philly 31 leading g to the Bass missed FG was also killer.  And the turnovers are usually killer too.  McDermott needs to go but Josh has to play better to win a championship.

Have you watched any NFL games this year?  80% of QBs don’t make that play, nor are they making really ANY plays of significance.

I have no idea what they can get for a First Round Draft Pick but I sure hope (and actually expect) they’re exploring it. This isn’t all that different from a highly recruited college player who, for whatever reason, isn’t getting playing time. It’s very common these days for those kids to change schools. Your football career is very short. Having him just sit here is a total waste of everyone’s time.

But this isn't college.  We've seen how NFL teams like the Bills look at the big picture as far as roster construction, playing time, etc goes.  It was just a couple seasons ago that they kept Bates on the bench just in case they needed him due to an injury, even though he was better than at least one of the starting O-linemen (Ford).

I forget the exact time left but i recall Cook having a real nice run in the 2nd half, maybe 4th Qtr.   The replay view was from behind and he was slippery through the line and cut/juked a few guys,.. and he was not touched!   I was thinking in that moment, that's the perfect James Cook run.  He doesn't need to break any tackles if he doesn't get touched.

I see what you did there….you can cling to the whole “can’t break a tackle” schtick by complimenting his ability to avoid contact altogether.  Well played, sir
