I get that a Chris Kelsay-level projection would cause consternation. (even though he did have like a 10 year career, right?)

Epenesa is a way more violent player, and that matters.

Kelsey had his own skill set, and while Epenesa might end up having a similar career statistically, Kelsey wasn't crushing people, and was the epitome of a JAG (or am I confusing him with Denney?). I think he is a more passionate player, and a more inspiring teammate than Ryan Kelsey ever could have been.

I noticed that. He hits QB's in vulnerable areas, and HARD (I have to admit.... I like that. I don't want to see any player injured, but I do want to see pain).

He plays like a Raven, or Steeler.

I see him causing fumbles and INT's, and getting into the heads of opponents.

I don't know if this was already posted or not, but it's 15 minutes of Epenesa crushing people.

And Beasley was already really good at getting open before adding Diggs and landing a great second RB.  It's just unfair at this point.

Well, the Chiefs are no pushovers, gotta go toe to toe with them. I just love the idea that after Singletary rips off a beautiful 20 yard slash and burn, while the tackler is putting his shoes back on, he looks up to see Moss trotting out to pick up where Singletary left off.

  4. The Bills basically have the RB's alternate each series...having both a 1 and a 1A running back will keep their options open for every series start.

It would be the easiest way to improve the offense.

They had Frank Gore out there for 370 plays last season....it boggles my ***** mind.

Now picture 370 plays with say,  JK Dobbins (and most others with Devin Singletary).

    Big improvement, methinks.

And a nice insurance policy if one of them goes down with an injury. Two is the way to go.

Just to note he can be both

    1) Really good against a small sample set of 8 man boxes (thus not holding back his YPC).

    2) Still faced a few number of 8 man boxes and have his YPC drop if he faced more.

His vision and contact balance is still so amazing.  Cover 1 did the Pittsburgh game and while the fumbles were rough some of his vision is insane (he jump cuts away from a guy coming from behind him; how?).

he makes guys nervous when he approaches, and then look silly.

Singletary has been making people take note. This guy has some nice  analysis, and the plays he shows aren't just TD's, mostly just regular runs, and he's not  some guy from Buffalo, acting like a homer. This guy even mentions that Singletary appears to have been gaining respect from opponents.

ESPN did not project DS to be a top-quality RB.  Therefore, there has to be some made-up BS reason why he is not a top-quality RB.

Because of social media, opinions are now widely spread, and easily archived and researched, combine that with needing to have a "strong take" to bait clicks,  (just like in politics) no one wants to move on, or admit they were wrong. They can't move on because their previous "take" or opinion is right there, haunting them. They will cling to the merest thread of an argument (or even none at all).

I think it's ***** up society at large.

I was taking a walk yesterday and a woman "dove" into the bushes to avoid me.  I'm not going to get used to this.  And this is not going away anytime soon.

Ugh...that all started after Trump was elected..all these victims complaining about "these times"....I immediately know I'm dealing with an ####### when they use that term.

It's a no win situation. No matter what happens, every post-reopening fatality will be laid at Trump's feet with a Thunberg-like "How dare you!". The more openly supportive the public is of a "reopening" the better Trump comes off.

May 1st will likely be a perfectly reasonable time to reopen. ***** the haters.

Trump calls protesters against stay-at-home orders 'very responsible'

Donald Trump has posted highly incendiary tweets stoking protests against physical distancing and other coronavirus stay-at-home measures in three states led by Democratic governors.

“LIBERATE MINNESOTA!” the US president wrote in capital letters on Friday. “LIBERATE MICHIGAN!”

He followed up with a third tweet: “LIBERATE VIRGINIA, and save your great 2nd Amendment. It is under siege!” – a reference to Virginia’s governor, Ralph Northam, last week signing into law new measures on gun control.

His latest provocative interventions followed demonstrations against stay-at-home orders in Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and other states that have drawn elements of the far right.

Some protesters have carried guns, waved Trump and Confederate flags and sought to frame the debate as a defence of constitutional freedoms. They have been egged on by conservative media hosts such as Fox News’s Jeanine Pirro, who said: “What happened in Lansing [Michigan] today, God bless them: it’s going to happen all over the country.”

As of 2020 there are 26 Republican  governors.  Hey go for it , lead the way back to normal

Yes, Round 3 is the sweet spot between performance and value and it's what I predict Beane will do.

That may have been true in recent past, but it seems that going into this draft RB's are being more coveted, so they might have to bite a little sooner to get the best value.
