How can you listen without tennis talk and breakfast cereal drafts?

I've been listening to Boston sports radio more lately, mainly because I like hearing them lament the Patriots. But it really drives home how amateur WGR is. Mostly because it's made up of hosts that have been in Buffalo forever and, frankly, mail it in when they're on the air.

    I think that’s right….

SCREW YOU GUYS, I'M GETTING FIRED UP FOR THE SEASON!!!!  You don't get to judge me!

...some of you can judge me...you know who you are.

And I didn't girly cry (not that there is anything wrong with that and I mean nothing against any gender here).  I super manly cried.  I was like Spartacus.  My tears were moving.

    I AM Spartacus...losers.

Isn’t Big Ben at the end too? We’re probably going to get his best week one. With 4 out of 5 new OLmen I’m hoping to see 9 or 10 guys on the line of scrimmage from the Bills D early & often. Bring the heat Jimmy 🔥🔥

    Ricky not Jimmy 🤭😂

    Major League reference

    Give them the heater Ricky....

I'd say the RB's were 4th or 5th in the grand scheme of things:

    1) Buc's Dline pressure all game (and a depleted o-line for the Chiefs)

    2) Mahomes lack of accuracy at the beginning of the game (potentially due to injury)

    3) Double high safeties by the bucs on 82% of plays to limit Hill and shrink the field

    4) Gronk being the go-to on 3rd and short and the redzone killer

    5) RB play to drain the clock towards the end of the game

    6) Ref's calling the Chiefs physical style by the book

    7) Buc's home game vibe

There are 10-12 factors that played into this game - and I dont really believe the RB play was a factor until the second half (it was 21-6 at half)

Chiefs had a lot of drops, uncharacteristically...

There is a bit of a "good ole boys club" at times.  Apparently if you have a low post count, people think you literally were just born.  You aren't allowed to have an opinion until you have an undisclosed post count.

Very real. I have been around a long time back to the old Dand C message board, great fun.

Fredo G has a good heart, but his thread is weak...and stupid, and stupid threads are the most unbearable of all.

Yes Ridgeway, you live up to your cynical name. My post was intended to uplift, to rise above the cynics and celebrate this exciting day!

  7. Jews have a strong history of supporting the Civil rights movement. Rabbis gave the opening prayers for MLKs March on Washington. Rabbis marched with MLK to Selma. In 1964 when 4 Civil Rights activists disappeared in the south 2 of them were Jews helping to fight for the cause! I find it inexcusable that more African American athletes don"t know this about the Jewish people and their silence is disgusting.

To bring this thread back to the original topic, I've heard it said that most of the major slave holders in the south were Jews.

I've never pursued that theory, but DeSean Jackson may be able to shed some light on it.
