Been up since 2 am watching New Japan Pro Wrestling Wrestle Kingdom. Naito won to advance to the Double Champion finals so the weekend started great. Had no desire to sleep when I got home. Was too pumped for the game.

Don't know why but I've thought Chiefs/Bills might be the early Week 1 MNF game for awhile now.

It doesn't matter if Daboll would get fired and replaced. Within 3 games, everyone on here would be criticizing him and wanting him fired because the plays they run in Madden didn't work.
I thought Allen was making good passes today and was gaining chunks of yards at a time with them. I need to see the All 22 to see what the deal was on some of those deep passes when no one looked open. But with the way the ball was moving in the air I had no problem with more passes and less running. They even had screens set up for Singletary that the Browns looked to have sniffed out early on.
It is just amazing to me that we all hoped for 10-6 this season and still are on track for it, and everyone wants things blown up.

We ALL would have taken 5-2 if you asked us before the year. Beat Washington next week and you are at 6-2. 10 wins gets you in the AFC Wild Card this year so go 4-4 in the 2nd half and you *should* be good.
Does this team have issues it has to work out? Yes. Are they a Super Bowl contender this year? Probably not. But I didn't see anyone saying they were to start the year. Of course you get into the Playoffs and anything can happen. But some people need to get off the ledge.

That reminds me of something that happened to my brother the week of the Bills playoff game. He lives in Virginia now and has a Bills sticker on the back of his car. So he's at a stop light and this guy behind him is honking his horn. My brother is getting mad and ignores the guy but he keeps doing it. So they get to the light and the guy pulls up next to him and honks again. My brother looks over and the guy has a Bill hat on and just screams out the window "LETS GO BILLS BABY!" and drives off.

I love people that aren't happy with these signings because they aren't big name players. Beasley was a first down machine in the slot for Dallas. We need that here.

Williams must be asking for a lot. But I would assume at this point the Jets and Colts are out, leaving the Browns or Bills as his top suitors.

I swear Frank Gore is still going to be playing football 20 years from now. We could talk about signing him in free agency in 2039!
