  1. Remember when we were the laughing stock of the NFL for years? That’s exactly what we would be if the Bills fired McDermott. I know it’s the silent majority that only comes out after losses but you people make this board insufferable, which is why I rarely post.

You guys probably would have wanted Marv Levy fired after his fourth year or Andy Reid fired after his fifth year in KC. Fact is if the people that want McDermott fired ran this team they would be firing everyone every year like it’s a game of madden.

McDermott may be a defensive mind but the numbers show he is usually one of the more aggressive coaches in the league on offense.

One of the only things I would consider in the off-season is offering Kliff Kingsbury a boat load of money to leave Thailand and run the offense if things look shaky throughout the rest of the year.

But firing McDermott would put us back in laughing stock of the league status.

Uhh what? I said WGR was at its best when Chuck Dickerson was on the air. The Bills were good then, not bad

WGR today sucks, they are a mouthpiece and would be if the Bills were good or bad

So your argument went from “WGR is a mouthpiece for the Bills who never criticize them” to “Doesn’t matter if they are good or bad, they are still a mouth piece” after I proved your point invalid. Nice goalpost move!

WGR hasn't been the same since Chuck Dickerson. Now that was good radio

you mention drought era moments where the Bills were rightfully criticized and yeah WGR was better back then than they are now but ever since the Pegulas bought the team they've been a mouthpiece

So your argument is that WGR was good when the Bills were bad because they criticized them then but now they don’t?

Were you listening after 13 seconds? How about after the AFC Championship game when they criticized McDermott for playing scared? Or ripping apart their play after the Bengals loss? Or criticizing the offense in the second half of the year?

Saying WGR isn’t critical of the Bills nowadays is laughable.
