  1. bob u still at this thread> give it a rest holmes. i mean, really buddy...
  2. hate is a strong word son. smile, life is too short for such anger. comment on the subject. i mean, listen to what u typed. name='buffaloboyinATL' date='Aug 29 2008, 10:56 PM' post='1109888'] For what it's worth, I hate lame ass thread titles like this one...
  3. a million? that is a lot of cases. I mean, i bet you can't think of more than twenty (20). aft a day, you might think of 100. but one million? man, you are good...
  4. brandon marshall has only a 1 game suspension. felix jones is a good sleeper for barber late in the season. felix's agent is eugene parker! yippee! pocket picks are: stewart - carolina beast harrison -- bounce back WR year torrain -- denver , elbw injury could be a steal at end of draft kevinsmith -- detroit runs to daylight well eli manning could post 30 tds
  5. overdorf takes care of the salaries. butler was getting to messy. literally. the guy was not representing the bills at the annual meetings and draft -- as "clean" as Wilson wanted. butler was a little heavy and desheveled. He also flopped on a few drafts in a row -- where he brought in some suspect talent. TD was coming off some great pitt yrs and had the resume. TD also looked clean in a nice blue suit. wilson wanted to reinvent his fan base and give the club a face life after 14 yrs of polian/ butler/ levy reign. butler also wanted to go west. there is little doubt about that...
  6. wilson makes the decisions. levy, brandon were /are the henchmen, TD before them. jimmy overdorf is a bean counter. to toronto we GO!!!
  7. st. louis is desperate too. no playoffs, poor attendence. jackson is their only good player -- as holt is failing healthwise. pace is not the same he once was. parker knows when to hold a team hostage. he preys on aveage to below average clubs. the prom fatty who wants to get laid -- and puts herself in a bad position to do it....oy vey...
  8. Wilson will pay where he see the dedication. an honest days pay for an honest days work. it is simple. the agent con-artists try to bastardize the process. the turn their palyers into pawns and robots. DOn meehan did this too mike peca and darcy regier. they are pond scum. they are ruining the sport. read what jack del rio says about them. JON butler had an agent too. ... he knew his contract was up -- and wanted to get some sunshine in san deigo. the bills dynasty was over -- cammelot was done with. kelly and thruman and bruce were done. the writting was on the walll... a.j. smith followed suit. the other norn pollum, john fergusoon adn dwight adams all took off...
  9. wilson is even more resolute now, than he has ever been. he has seen the demise of the player who plays for the team and jersey -- turn into a agent run hood winking operation. that as$hoel drew rossenhaus. now eugene parker, a former basketball star who got a law degree from purdue and now thinks he is puff daddy of the sporting word. these con-artist can go to hell. I SUPPORT WILSON. WE ARE A FAMILY A TEAM. PETERS CAN JOIN OR BE A PUs$Y ROBOT who ain't a man who shows up and palys his tail off for an honest salary and contract!
  10. Hey, the players mantra is "it 's business man!" they all beat that stupid a$s drum. as such, wilson is a business man. hes got the cash to prove it. the guy knows money. so, let the player turned lawyer/business man fight it out with wilson. guess who will win? the novice or the old battle axe? wilson will win. and e. parker with his law degree from pursue or valpariso aint going to sway wilson one damn ounce. if wilson had a nickle for every two timing hussling, dime a dozen, average agent waiving a law degree around...
  11. Yes. I watched him at camp this summer and he looked the best of the lot. he is tall, and physical. he stood out over the others. greer looked good too. but ashton has a nice first step, good balance. he turns his head back to the ball nicely. good technique and postioning. good top end speed to stay with receivers. i especially like his arm and hand work the frist 5 yards where he checks guyss -- and 'chucks' them. he played against great players at OSU. he came out a junior, and was really immature. he is settling in. i trust levy on this pick - he wanted ashton bad. he has a nose for the ball and needs more seasoning. dont forget the injuries he had and his mothers death. so, all in all, he will be a nickle guy. i ilike him.
  12. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/inside_ga...s_insider_1220/ "if i can't hire you, i'll fire you..." i love it... wilson $hits bigger than e. parker. wilson is one of the founders of the NFL. a great old american businessman -- in an era of instant gratification and greed. parker is messing the horns of an old bull. poor brandon is the middle man. this is great theater. go RALPH GO !
  13. digeorgio is undersized. poor mans urlacher. but he does, in the words of dwight adams, "plays like his hair is on fire."
  14. the senator, you are a fellow poster and i love you. but don't ever take sides against the family again. ever.
  15. to answer the poster, yea, there are financial dynamics and hedging that is taking place. like we keep saying, the team is not a cash cow. but as many guys as you sign, you get rid of guys too. in with the new and out with the new. the kelsay deal was not warranted. he is overpaid. denny ($3 MILLION FOR NOTHING) should be cut. DONTE WHITTNER MAKES $8 (eight) million per season. what a waste. peerless price is still being paid -- i thnk. evans will want BIG money. $50 mil with 13-18 guaranteed. melvin fowler makes a little over $3 mil. Peters wants $8-12 mil. wilson has a below 500% team. something has to give...
  16. What i thought was accurate, was when bucky stated "After all, the Bills hold all the cards. They don't need to set a precedent by reworking Peters' deal because he overestimates his importance. The Bills lost plenty with him in the lineup in his first four seasons. They can certainly lose without him." i said this weeks ago. the bills can't be held hostage by one player. parker is praying on us b/k only brad morman is the only pro bowlers. thus, b/k peter's is a pro bowler, parker thought old man wilson would open the wallet in desperation. i had a post where i said it is like the fat chick at teh prom who wants to gets laid adn puts herself in a bad position to get it done. the bills want a left tackle so bad - -that parker thinks they will cave in and make a ban monitary decision. old man WILSON AIN'T NO BAND LEADER!!!
  17. i usually don;t read his articles. but his most recent peters article was excellent. finally, bucky wrote facts and depicted the story very well. he captured what is going on, with all the moving parts. nice work...
  18. ok bob, i'll save this post and remember you told me to "just watch." i will put the post in my safe and only read it after the game -- after we know if your prediction was correct. then we will read the post and determine if you were accurate or just wrong.
  19. what a great country. fine folks gathering on the internet to voice their opinions in a civilized manner. george washington, abe lincoln and waylon jennings would be proud. god bless america any frigging party you are!!!
  20. i like trent too. we all know his attributes. walsh said the same think about jim drunkemiller too. talk is cheap. trent needs to win some games and stay healthy before anyone can form an opinion. NFL = Not For Long.
  21. belicheck will have that def. humming by game 1. they still have ty warren, seymore, vince forklift, and vrabel. they can pressure the qb and his linebackeers (new kid from TENN) will be tight. NE = 12-4.
  22. ok, how? i'm open to this thread being moved. the speech was in a FOOTBALL stadium -- in denver. does that suffice for a bills post?
  23. agreed. marshawn is a 'meast' (half man half beast) he destorys guys. but hes got dope moves too. great balance and vison. i see 135o yrs
  24. love that WHO song. new boss, same as the old boss... john entwistle r.i.p.
  25. lol!! haaaa. that was funny as hell. literally lmao. 'which he was' haaaaa.
