It's going to come down to Byrd pouting during most of the camp then coming in to get his regular season game-checks. Hopefully Byrd has taken it upon himself to train hard & be in good shape coming back, not being prepared is usually one of the main things that gets you injured.

Or maybe these guys are stepping up & taking advantage of their opportunity, that does happen once in a while. Yes, exactly. How is this a hate thread, the Bills have the option to retain or trade him if he doesn't perform. Excuses don't help our team on the field & when you have 17% of your cap tied up in one guy that's not playing up to par, you have to make assessments. Plantar F chest issues, wrist issue show a pattern of injury so the Bills can move on if he cannot perform. Is this hate or practicality ?

That's our choice & not Mario's, that's my point. I'd love to see him healthy & performing but if he's not, he will be traded or at worst case scenario cut. This contract will keep Mario on his toes & if he can't play on his toes, he's gone.

Parker is holding out some draft pick over offset language in a contract as well, so call me crazy but this withholding services looks to be his idea. It's not even about the money, it's about if the player can collect $ from 2 different teams if he's a bust for one team.
