  1. Obviously it’s a no.  Most teams, including our team, play 3 or 4 WRs 95% of the time.  We don’t have 4 NFL worthy starters.  And what if one is hurt? Which is inevitable.  We needed another in the draft and another Vet I think.

Franklin Corley Wilson were there for the taking.  They are good players and worth the picks.

It’s just a hunch but I think McCarthy is this year’s guy who’ll be sitting (head in hands) in the green room all night long on Thursday.

Granted I’ve only see him play a few quarters, but I shocked he’s not a round 6 flyer. Michigan refused to let him throw.  And he runs like a middle schooler wearing his big brothers shoes and ankle weights.

  3. This Bills team has always modeled our O after the Brady Cheatriots O of yesteryear.   Meaning : smaller shiftier speedier WRs, not really one stud.  Average joe types like the lacrosse player Chris Hogan we had for a few years.

I personally disagree that this philosophy is the best way to build around Allen.  Allen is a much different QB than Brady.  Allen like to hold the ball and take deep shots.  Brady couldn’t throw it fast enough.

therefore I’d wet my pants if we could Make a Jefferson Trade, that type of big physical jump ball receiver is the type we need.  A Mike Evans type pairs much better with Allen’s game.  I personally love Legette in this draft to be that type of player.  just don’t see it happening

what I do see happening is us drafting guys like Roman Wilson or that McDonkey fella.  And if we do draft WRs this year I really hope we don’t trade up.  I’d rather take multiple WRs with multiple picks.

way too many  injuries from hip drop tackles

reckless and dangerous....just like a horse collar tackle

will it be hard to apply with consistency from ref to ref....yes, just like lots of other rules

Can anyone name two players injured by the horse collar tackle?

    1: Terrell Ownens

    2: ???!!!!??!?!?!

This really only effects bad tacklers and players who play with bad technique

This will not impact the game that much because there are not a lot of players who hip drop tackle regularly.. again it's kind of a poor technique thing

If a player gets past you, diving for their ankles or grabbing a leg has been the way for a hundred years... Grabbing them and dropping your entire body weight onto their lower body has not been the technique and is very dangerous

That's not and has never been a good tackle.. always been semi dirty

The same way they did for a hundred years

You dive and grab there ankles or legs... You ankle pick them

Grabbing them from the back.. and using your leverage to drop down on them and take them down by snapping their legs is never been the way to tackle

I don’t know any football coach that teaches diving at ankles.  I know many that teach hit with the shoulder and wrap up with both arms.

sign him and trade a late round pick for another DT that's capable

would love to sign Calais Campbell for a year if he wants to come here.  We had a visit scheduled with him before he signed in ATL last year.

Dude is 37 and still had 6.5 sacks last season playing all 17 games

Dang I’m getting old, I remember wanting to draft Calais Campbell
