    You're absolutely correct the Buffalo News is dropping the ball on this They should be calling Brandon continuously as to where it is This is a huge issue and the clock is ticking

    Yes Brandon is an absolute tool. This report has been put together since Oct and the $ amount will be staggering. Unfortunately it will be the first salvo which will lead to the Bills leaving Buffalo. .

    There's going to be tremendous state wide opposition to Albany funding these improvements. Look for the price tag to be higher than expected, that's why Brandon is delaying the release of the report.

    Glad to see someone else recognizes what tools Higgins/Esmonde are. For a good laugh check out how Jay Leno joked about Higgin's hair-do in his monologue two weeks ago. The area's falling apart and their main focus is blackouts !?

    The other point is Bills fans will not be asked for the improvements. Albany will be asked. And where's this improvement report anyway what's taking so long for its release
