    You'd need an actual lottery, which again are evil evil things...not against gambling, I'm against deluding people through intentional and targeted marketing, who only have $5 a week extra maybe, that they could win the lottery. That should go in the bank, not a lottery, where the heat from the cash would be more valuable than the ticket if they just lit their cash on fire. There are some cool banks that are doing cool things like that actually in terms of ethical lotteries.

    Also, I always put 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 on my lottery tickets...before you tell me I'm nuts, it's just as likely that comes up as any other combination. Stop playing the lottery people, it's a scam.

    The thing about using numbers like that is other people have the same idea and you would end up splitting with more people.   Agreed the odds are the same but change up the numbers a little

    Heres what we do.  We get rid of psl's altogether.

     

    Let's say the PSL revenue needs to be $300 million dollars.  Erie County runs a special lottery where half goes to the winner, the other half towards the $300 million.    Once the $300 million is reached this lottery would end or future proceeds going towards some sort of charity.  EVERYONE WINS!

     

    BOOM!  

     

    The Bills could do a special 50/50 drawing just like at the games.  Weekly or whatever.

    I remember Kyle when he did bits on The Jim Rome Show.  He's just a bit younger then me and is a bit out there.  But I love out there!  Everything he does I get.  His references to movie quotes or funny bits long gone is actually how I remember things.  It's uncanny sometimes and he needs to get out of my head.  He's a big supporter of us as well and I for one love him.

     

    I have a lot of respect for women who know their stuff and can compare to anyone in this "man's world" dominated by alfa males for the most part.  Kay know's her *****.  Fantasy wise and real NFL wise.   I have a lot of respect for her too.

    Well thought out and detailed.  If we did 75% of that or a version of that, I'd be happy.  It shows us as long as you can pay cash now, the cap can be manipulated.  Just need an owner with deeep pockets.

     

    Joe reminds me of when Sal Cappaccio was doing a Bills show on Justin.Tv when you could tell Sal was an up and comer in the Bills media industry.

     

    I think Joe does a great job concerning the Bills and is worth the listen.

    For those who have gone to the game.

     

    Are they scanning vaccination cards or how are they double checking to see if your vaccinated?  Double checking drivers license?

     

    Interested if they will become a bit more laxed before the Monday night game.  You cant tell me everyone in the stadium is vaccinated I don't believe it.

    Back in the early 90's I worked for the golf car company that delivered golf cars to Fredonia training camp.

     

    Opening day of training camp, each player would come in and give me their cc numbers and I'd run it and have them sign a damage waver (Thanks to previous issues with Darryl Talley and Fredonia bar golf car trips)

    I was in the locker room office and Bruce comes in gives me his cc number.  Then he "slams" his hand on the table while I'm sitting and he's standing over me and says to me. "You better give me a receipt!  I know how you people are!"     I was both confused and a bit scared (think hopper-bad things man)...I just remember how huge his hands were.  Anyways I had him sign an autograph for me like I had everyone else do and we were cool.  I'll never forget that thud tho...good times.
