With the way our defense is playing, we could definitely go 3-5 or 4-4 with Vince Young at QB over our next 8 games while Manuel is out. That is good enough to put us around .500 with 4 games left, and try and push for the playoffs. The AFC is pretty weak this year.

Man, did Tuel make me appreciate EJ. He looks like Payton Manning out there in comparison. If he misses any more time, this season is done.
That said, It isn't Tuel's fault. He is not a second string QB. This is on the management.
Could be a lot worse.

I Still cant for the life of me figure out why in the 2nd qtr after we ran the ball like 4 times in a row...and got decent yardage, on that 3rd and 2 we went shotgun, and tried to throw the damn ball...

How does Byrd face his team mates? Guys are playing banged up all over the field and he is still out.
Byrd is the defintion of a scumbag in my book, i hope we tag his ass again and make him ride the pine all next year.

SCREW Byrd i was all for keeping him, i understand missing maybe the first game bcus he wasnt @ training camp. But he clearly see's that we are injury plagued in the secondary but week after week his ass is planted on the sideline in civi's.I hope after the year we tag his dumbass again.

There are degrees of free speech, people. Making it so you need to be sponsored (by someone who shares your ideas) to even join the forum excludes the "common man" aspect. I would expect that a board like that would become a place where they talk about the same thing everyday and all have the same opinion on it. That's crazy.

WTF are we doing seriously. if i see another run with spiller in shotgun..im going to puke and it wont be from the 30 pack im working on. Offense play calls are lethargic, defense cant stop a rookie QB from making throws down the middle on 3rd and long.....

Just listening to Wolfolk getting interviewed on NFL Network. They asked him what Belichek told them this week for preparation. He said "guys, you know what...this is a division game. it's not gonna be like last week. This team really wants to get us."
Totally dismissed the Bills last week like we weren't even worthy of being considered division rivals. Just another reason to hate the guy.
I seen this too and even rewound it to make sure i heard him correctly, after i rewound it it sounded more like last year not last week.

This week against the Panthers I would like to see EJ use his legs a bit more too loosen up the defense. He can buy time to burn Carolinas secondary.
Lets not and wish he did..he just came back from getting his knee scoped
