They would rather take the chance of things getting worse and going backwards, as opposed to being comfortable with just being good.
I am both, which is why I didnt vote.
Anyway, Pegs not firing McBean, and McBean not firing Brady.
My solution is to let Josh call every play on offense. Brady's job is to let Josh know if he sees something up there that Josh can't see.
Let Josh do the offensive game planning, set the roster, the whole thing. He's that good. Now move all your coaching talent to defense to fix that mess.
