  1. Evans is bracketed on EVERY play....Stevie himself said that a lot of his production came from the attention that lee demands. This is should be the pick your poison year...who are you going to double? and then you have nelson and scoe in the slot. O-line holds up and we will give any defense in the league trouble.
  2. One full year in the system alone (nevermind the personel moves) makes us a better team. Health will be the most important factor in improving our record this year
  3. I agree with that Line up...But I would Swap Andre Davis with Torbor in 3-4 and also with Batten in 4-3(only because we havnt seen him yet
  4. I could be mistaken....But I could have sworn that was Joe Thomas (Top OT in the Game) he blew by when he stripped Delhome. Maybin couldnt strip a flat head screw with a phillip head screwdriver. With that being said....outside Merriman, Moats is the best pass rusher we have
  5. NO PASS RUSH = SUB-PAR DB play.... Deion Sanders himself couldnt cover for 10 seconds. I that that changes this year
  6. TWITTER.....ClaytonESPN John Clayton One of the most baffling things in free agency is why Raiders TE Zach Miller isn't getting more action. Guy can catch the ball. Heloooooo (herm edwards voice)
  7. Moats started camp at ILB last year and sucked! Thats why he got moves...He is not a lateral guy...he is a Passss RUSHER...straight ahead. He played DE at James madison and won Defensive player of the year 1-AA. Thats what he does. At this point any amount of reps at ILB is counter productive.
  8. "Now Moats is back inside and Nix indicated that wouldn’t be changing unless he really struggled" So there will be no working both. Also....if he started at ILB last year and was bad ,how after playing the entire season at OLB and no OTA's at ILB do you expect him to play well? Not doing much in FA im used to...but @#$%!@ up the players you already have is something different.
  9. Moats needs to be at OLB....Period! The pass rush we got last year (if you call that a pass rush) came from Moats. Year two is where the biggest strides are made. Why start from scratch at a position he clearly could not play because he tried that last year.
  10. Per Buddy Nix.....Torbor is Poz's replacement.
  11. Per Buffalo Rumblings "A year ago, after the Buffalo Bills made James Madison defensive end Arthur Moats a sixth-round pick, they moved him to inside linebacker during training camp. Moats looked horrific during the pre-season, was moved back to outside linebacker during the regular season, and by year's end was clearly the team's most promising pass rusher. Flash forward to this afternoon at St. John Fisher college. Mark Ludwiczak of CBSSports.com confirms that Chan Gailey and Buffalo's coaching staff are set to move Moats back to inside linebacker. This is one that I can't really wrap my mind around, folks. Perhaps the team is filling the pinch at inside linebacker, where they are admittedly woefully thin from a numbers standpoint at the moment. From that angle, I suppose it makes sense that they're using Moats as an extra body at the position until they can find more reinforcements. Here's the thing, though: there are a bunch of other young linebackers they can use in that capacity, and unless the Bills are willing to put all of their eggs in Shawne Merriman's basket - apparently, they are - Moats is going to be a highly important player to this team as a pass rusher. He needs every snap he can get outside. From that far more important angle, I don't get this decision - even if it's short-lived." I DONT LIKE THIS AT ALL!
  12. Thats why we are all pissed.....tired of adequate play... thats no longer an option. I do think Wood is going to be a beast a center. Potential Probowler
  13. Has there been any updates on Gaither? I know he was close with Oak
  14. He's 36....Keep in mind. He started all 16 games last year for Pitt. Get him for cheap..start Hairston next year
  15. I wake up this morning feeling the same way I did in 07' when dallas beat us on Monday night with a lasssst second field goal and in 09' when Mckelvin decided to return that kickoff against NE and we lost the opener. Does losing Clabo hurt? Yes.....but as much as LOVE my bills i am also a realest. Ask yourself...(and put the cities aside) would you leave the Falcons for the Bills? I mean...compare the owners, the state of the franchise, the overall talent on the team....14 wins last year vs 4.... Hell..If GB doesnt make the playoffs (which they almost didnt) who knows who comes in to ATl for that playoff game where they never lose at home. Prior to him re-signing all reports pointed at us offering a lot more than ANYONE! So although I dont believe in moral victories.... its obvious we are attempting to address pressing needs (minus the brad smith signing). Clabo just has what most people lack....Common sense!
