What I have a problem with are misdemeanors, at best, being juiced up into felonies by politically motivated DA’s going after the regimes political opps.

Where do you people get these fantastical claims from?  Is it the “Biden DOJ!” theory?

Career prosecutors actually do not care about politics when trying cases.  They follow the law.  Look up Geoffrey Berman and what happened to him under Trump/Barr.

As for this case, Trump will not see prison time even if he is convicted on all counts.  He’ll get probation.

I recall reading in multiple books regarding the case that there were two white Ford Broncos.  The one Simpson was in possession of was actually owned by Hertz, and was the vehicle found parked outside of the Rockingham house by police when they arrived to inform Simpson of his wife's death.  That Bronco was supposedly exhibiting evidence of blood on the interior, which prompted police to impound it.

The other white Bronco was indeed under the care and control of Al Cowlings, but I do not recall if he owned it, leased it, or had some deal with a rental company or car dealership over using it.  This was the vehicle involved in Simpson's flight and low speed chase.  The article's author might want to check this, but it's the internet.  The facts aren't important. 🤨

    **********

"O.J.’s Bronco — the one parked outside his house, with the blood, had the license plate number 3CWZ788. Jeffrey Toobin’s “The Run of His Life,” which inspired the FX miniseries, tells us that Cowlings’ Bronco had the license plate number 3DHY503. The Bronco featured in the miniseries has a different license number to either Simpson’s or Cowlings’ Broncos, because it’s Hollywood.

Toobin’s book also reports that when detectives first checked the plates for Simpson’s Bronco, on the night of the killings, “they came back to the Hertz Corporation, whose products Simpson had long endorsed.” Additionally, the real-life witness on the show who saw the Bronco racing from the direction of the murder scene on the night of the murders remembered the license number, though she was slightly off."

    - From the article 'OJ Fact Check: Two White Broncos?', by Tim Molloy, The Wrap, February 9, 2016.

I read Toobin’s book over the weekend and it definitely has some interesting info about the pre-trial focus group data the prosecution was offered during jury selection - but disregarded because of their perceived strength of the physical evidence they were planning to show - especially with regard to prospective Black female jurors, like:

    - Believing that Simpson was less likely to have killed his wife because he excelled at football

-That it’s generally okay for a husband to hit his wife during arguments

-Very little sympathy for Simpson’s slain wife, who was white and blonde

-An extreme and even visceral hatred for lead prosecutor Marcia Clark

  3. Prosecution asked for six months. Judge probably went easy on him because conspiracy theory- believing idiot whackos like you hounded him and his wife out of his home and town.

He is just an old guy who lived in Arizona who liked Trump.  He was not “hired by Pelosi” or an “FBI plant. “  He’s also suing Fox News for defamation.  Wonder if they’ll settle like they did with Dominion 😂😂😂

  5. “Jesse Kelly” is a real authority on the NY court system, eh?  This person never even graduated from college, and his extensive life experience consists of serving with the Marines for 4 years, being a 3-time losing House of Representatives candidate, and as a project manager of his family’s construction company.

No wonder you’re completely unhinged, you listen to some of the dumbest people in media.

It’s a tall order, since Trump has resources and fortitude.

If they do manage to get him out of the way, it’s open season on the rest of us.”

I can’t wait where we get to the point where they stop giving immunity

It means they’ve got everything they need, and everybody else goes to jail

These are not immunity deals, per se.  I know you meant “no jail,” but Chesebro and Ellis are convicted felons right now.  Powell got the best deal with just misdemeanors.  But those are still crimes. These lawyers will have to fight just to keep their law licenses from being suspended.  And assuming there will be an upcoming trial or trials, they will be further humiliated  - in open court and on national television - by being forced to tell the truth, under oath, against people like Eastman, Giuliani and Trump, with absolutely zero exceptions per these cooperation agreements.

    Trump is going to jail

I have a hard time imagining this even if he is convicted and sentenced in any of the criminal trials.  Maybe the Secret Service could outsource a position like a glorified prison guard for his detail to be his cell mate and protector?

Yeah and Joke extorted Ukraine to fire a prosecutor he claimed was corrupt but was never charged with it, much less convicted, before he would give them $1B.  And the prosecutor was investigating the company that had his son on the board, for no reason other than accessibility to do exactly what he did.

How many times are you going to post that garbage?  For the millionth time,

Burisma was not under scrutiny at the time Biden called for Shokin to be removed, per the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, an independent agency that has worked closely with the FBI.

In 2014, Shokin had investigated Burisma for money laundering and tax irregularities.

The probe focused on 2010-12, according to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.

Hunter Biden — who joined the board in 2014 and served on it until early 2019 — was not the subject of the investigation.

    You’re just a stupid liar.

😂😂😂😂 So now it’s “extortion” when we don’t give taxpayer money away with no question asked? Unbelievable.

It’s always been extortion, you’ve just never heard it because you watch Newsmax.

The military aid was appropriated and approved by Congress.  Clearly you know nothing about how any of this works.

Nothing is more hilarious than useful idiots referring to "Trumps FBI and CIA"

Do they mean the same intelligence agencies that Schumer said have "six ways from Sunday at getting back at you" (Trump)?

Do they mean the very same FBI that spied on Trumps campaign?

Yeah Trump had those agencies right in his back pocket to do his bidding....

Who appointed the heads of those agencies when Trump was president?

Who fired James Comey because he wasn’t “loyal” enough to Trump?

    Hint: It was Trump.
