Why is it that most of the dumbest things you read on the internet end in "just sayin'" lol

Just sayin, too much sun rots the brain...... (Does pre-empting the "Just Sayin" change the dynamic?)

Diggs was a great receiver for the Bills and it's no coincidence that Josh's career took off with his arrival.

It's disappointing to see so many Bills fans turn on diggs

Fans started to turn on him when he went from being a team first fantastic football player to a me first decent football player.

Football wise...I am EXCITED about the roles of Shakir and Kincaid expanding.  Management wise, I am puzzled why we didn't do this after June 1st and lessen the cap burden given we didn't get back any draft capital in this draft.

I am actually not that concerned about the offense, I think we will still be an elite offense, I mean we were last year and went 6-1 with our WR1 and WR2 producing very little in that time last year.

I just don't understand the timing if we didn't get a pick in this draft.

We traded some of *our* 2024 picks.  thats why

That's a poor argument. Who's to say it would only be used on people doing illegal ****? What if you simply disagree with them? Or politically oppose them? People are usually ok with or indifferent to injustices until they find themselves on the wrong side against those with the power

My opinion of the matter would change if the situation did.

Currently, unless you can prove otherwise, this is used in scenarios where they have to locate a fugitive or person of interest in cases such as kidnapping/murder/etc... Or possibly probationers who are skipping their legally mandated meetings.

*Edit - Oh and they typically need a warrant to do so.

Now if they were to start tracking people for gits and shiggles with no actual reason to.... then I would consider it a violation as mentioned.

  5. Makes me laugh that everyone always expects craziness at the NFL deadline.

Team has no cap space for multiple trades.

However the team is already rumored to be involved in a big target, but also that target seems to price himself out of teams who've discussed it and, as pointed out, we have no cap space.

Expect nothing, be surprised if theres something... Theres been 2 trades in the league at the deadline.

It's not inexplicable. It was obvious that it happened because Mayfield is so short, and Phillips had him long enough for the play to be whistled dead. But it was allowed to continue, and Mayfield kept squirming and ducking until his helmet was at Phillips's hand level. Much like how Mayfield was able to escape Floyd's sack earlier when Floyd went right over the top of him due to being so short.

Im not going to bash JP on that one. It was a fluke. And the refs were giving the Bucs every chance on that drive so they could score and cover that -9.5 spread.

to Mayfields credit he was still moving in a forward direction which allowed the play to continue. If we're going to blame the coaches for situational game awareness though, then we can obviously blame the players.

I will say  my biggest problem with McDermott is, in a vacuum, the coaches repeatedly made the same wrong decision while the players made mistakes. The decisions had less of an impact on that game .... and I have to make sure I specify here....at the time they were made; while the errors of the players had a far greater impact on the game at the time. Taron Johnsons hold allowed the drive to continue.... Phillips Facemask did the same....then they scored. Now, McDermott obivously made his decisions with both an overly conservative approach and abundance of caution with JA being injured so I can understand it to a point.. Notice he didn't run as much once he got checked in the tent for his shoulder, and on the 1/2 occasions he did, he slid earlier then he would have.

So while I don't essentially like the decisions not to "go for the throat" I can understand them and recognize that they had less of an impact situationally on the game at the time they were made.

The problem is 3 games in a row against vastly inferior teams went down to the last second.  Who else can you blame by McD.  He didn't have them ready and allowed Mac Jones to dissect them apart.

This game should have been get back on the saddle a convincing win and 10 days to rest up.

The blame is squarely on McD, but luckily it was a win.

I agree on the go for it scenarios, but its not McDermotts fault Jordan Phillips inexplicitly grabbed Mayfields facemask while he had him in a clear bear hug and he was going down. Its not McDermtts fault #7 grabbed onto the receiver on 4th down. The game should have been over twice at that point. Players bear the blame for that stuff. We can grip about the coach all we want but he isn't the one getting penalized to allow the bucs to score the touchdown to make it a 1 score game.

    "We won 13 games"

Hes not wrong. Honestly I want more accountability for the team having hangovers collectively on Sunday. 13 games (Coulda been 14 who knows) Division winners.... we did good stuff.

I want to know why the team looks like they all took a fistfull of benadryl on gameday

What would have happened if he didn’t sign off on COVID policy. Would he be “allowed” to play? He’s caught between a rock and hard place because of control.

No he wouldn't have been "allowed" to play because its not HIS league. He's an employee and works for his team and the league. He would have been put on the NFI list according to the policy and procedure that again, HE AGREED TO, before any of this pandemic nonsense happened.

Stop being jaded because you can't come to grips with the fact his decisions are wrong BASED SPECIFICALLY ON HIS LIES REGARDING HIS VACCINATION STATUS.  (There I put it all in caps so you see specifically what I'm referring to)

That is not the topic of this thread. There is no debate that he tested positive for COVID. I’m bringing to attention the media and even members on this site continue to team up and bully a player for medical reasons. The hatred exhibited is uncalled for.

That is exactly the topic of this thread. Just because you may agree with his insanity, doesn't mean that others can't disagree. But as Hapless pointed out no one is talking about his decision to vaccinate or not to vaccinate. We are talking about misrepresenting whether or not he WAS vaccinated....and the justified punishment that should come with it.

He didn't wanna get vaccinated? Fine...follow the damn rules. What happens when you don't follow the rules your employer sets? You get some form of punishment.

Personally I think his interview was a trainwreck into a tire-fire as far as his "image" goes and likely will cause more problems for the Packers then himself. do I think thats right? Nope. But thats whats gonna happen.

Everyone wanting all personal emails leaked, with no regards to relevancy, should first share all your private emails.

    we’ll wait

Not gonna lie I fall on this side of the fence. The NFL had to review all of these as part of this investigation....it's on them to take action if necessary....not the court of public opinion. I said some pretty stupid crap 10-15 years ago.... as I'm sure most people have.  Now if the NFL is the one selectively releasing these emails as intimidation tactics (no clue if they are or not) then yea either release them or get a court-ordered gag seal on them

10-15 years ago society didn't feel the need to attack anyone who said a thing they didn't like to the point of getting them fired. Don't get me wrong I find most of what was said to range between abhorrent and in poor taste.... but emails from 10+ years ago have no bearing on what happens today....you know unless one of them admit to killing JFK? 🙈

Rumors are that schools are going to get shut down soon. If that’s the case, everything is going to start to shut down.

Cuomo isn’t going to allow fans at games this entire year. Specific counties are in his yellow tier... it’s just not going to happen.

The only gripe you might have is that he could have allowed them during the Patriots game,  but after that cases in the entire area started to rise dramatically. Now they are even higher. It's not gonna happen at this point. At least the games are being played.
