  1. Actually I think you can pause and rewind.

    youtube.com/watch?v=XYzZ-wdcJrg

I didn't catch that on the first watch. Awesome.

Yeah but you're using your FIOS internet connection through your PS3. That's why Directv doesn't just say directly in the release, "Screw Directv service, we just flung the door on Sunday ticket for everyone with a PS3." They worded in a way that made people believe they would do some check to see if you could get Directv or not, which what the post above is referring to.

According to the video, they ask. I can't get DirecTV so I don't need to worry. I'll download it tonight and report back next week on quality. I'm guessing it will suck.

  2. Here is the description for how to do it.

This Sunday, PS3 owners without access to DIRECTV will be able to live stream every out-of-market Sunday NFL game on their PS3 with a subscription to NFL SUNDAY TICKET. You’ll be able to enhance your NFL experience with live multi-game scoreboards and field position trackers, which also allow you to access highlights, stats, standings and schedules, as well as the Red Zone Channel, which gives you live coverage of Sunday’s most exciting moments. The subscription for the 2011 season can be purchased directly through the app for $339.95. Existing subscribers can use the PS3 as an additional receiver in their home, as part of their NFL SUNDAY TICKET To-Go package, which is purchased through DIRECTV.
  3. Paul Krugman's latest:

    Spot on

Yet another right wing falacy is learned to be false the hard way. Poor GG, I'm sure he's losing faith in all the garbage he has spewed these years...not.

Krugman misses the point. Cutting government workers isn't supposed to fix unemployment. Of course there will be higher unemployment as government cuts people. Cutting government workers is necessary because we don't have enough money!

    What an asshat.

  4. So now Obama gets to compete with Saints vs. Packers for the opening of the 2011 NFL Season.

He's probably better off going up against the debate.

He's got no chance against the NFL, unless he's announcing we killed Osama Bin Laden.

He had no chance against the debate either.

Does anyone still tune in to hear this guy talk?

  5. Hopefully this'll loosen up Apple's ridiculously draconian content policies (or let the courts do so).

Hate Apple...should hate Jobs by association, since most of what I hate about Apple are his decisions. But honestly, I can't. Between him and Bill Gates, they basically created the home PC industry.

I want dedicated porn apps too, but I like that my iproducts just work more.

  6. Did you ever think ( I already know the answer to that question) that just because in your little world with your red radio flyer wagon that just because it doesnt effect you it could be an interesting article to say maybe 1 or 10,000 other member on this board?

Go troll somewhere else little man. Really.

You're missing other quakes. The sky is falling in the jungles of Peru merits a post but not Vanuata. Come on cheerleader, admit it: You're all caught up in the hype of that little thing on Tuesday.

  7. Just passing along the news, moron.

Then why'd you overlook the 6.2 in Vanuatu just 15 hours ago?

You were all caught up in the hype but settle down Beavis. 6+ quakes happen a lot--I count about 10 in the last week...guess you missed those ones hype machine.

  8.

    Rubio's nonsense:

"These programs actually weakened us as a people. You see, almost forever, it was institutions in society that assumed the role of taking care of one another. If someone was sick in your family, you took care of them. If a neighbor met misfortune, you took care of them. You saved for your retirement and your future because you had to. We took these things upon ourselves in our communities, our families, and our homes, and our churches and our synagogues. But all that changed when the government began to assume those responsibilities."

That is an amazingly brave and excellent quote. I applaud it.
