Gonna miss Mitch....always gave the impression of a good dude.  Wonder how josh feels about this one.

I think guys understand completely that it’s a business.  Not only that but it’s a business with centers making $10mil + a year AND a salary cap.  Another way to say the same thing is:  Morse is not (necessarily) being cut because the team doesn’t want to keep him, but essentially they can’t… or let’s just say they can’t keep everyone.

I don’t think Josh or anyone else is that naïve.

Try not being such a douche. There are certainly hundreds of articles out there on this subject. I’m asking people specifically, who have been following this, if they’ve come across a fair representation of what happened without bias? Do you go to the robber that just robbed your house and ask them if they robbed your house and believe them when they say no? ESPN has the same reason to put this in a certain light, so they’re not exactly non-biased on this. I don’t blame them for that, just that they’re biased and I wanted a more neutral tone. So I asked the sleuths that have been following if they know of a good article. Some have responded appropriately, others are rude like yourself. Carry on

OMG. It’s no wonder your screen name is not as smart as a ham sandwich

Do anyone have a good article explaining what happened exactly here, that’s fair for each sides point of view? This one seems a bit biased and gives no idea as to Favres stance (I realize there have probably been articles ad nauseam).

Question I have, was this willfully accepting money knowing it was not for this by Favre? Is there plausible deniability?  It may not matter to the law but would change my view on how I look at Favre.

ESPN was one of the entities that were accused by Favre so they have a reason to paint this in a certain light.

try searching the World Wide Web, you lazy 🤬

Diggs looks hurt. His cuts are rounded off, and has little separation.

The short passes on the bubble screens are Brady trying to get him an easy one. But that's not really what Diggs does. The rush today, and the quick throw to the left was another example of trying to get him going. The long pass to him over the top today looked like he was running fast, but not sprinting.

I think he's got a lingering injury where he can go, but can't cut like he could in the early part of the year.

^^ This actually makes some sense.  on a similar note…. does anyone have any thoughts on why Diggs comes off the field A LOT, typically after plays he’s involved in?

wondering if it could be injury related… It’s like he’s taking ‘veteran rest plays’ off.

It’s a week to week league.  Guys get hurt every week.  They’ll address it next week.

Denver's weather forecast changes by the hour. The problem with rain or snow predictions is that storm clouds moving west-to-east may or may not get over the Rockies, which determines whether or not they'll get precipitation in Denver.

Please talk me off the ledge.

I could see this season with the Bills going 2-2 in their first four games.

The Jets will go into their home opener sky high.

We should be able to handle the Raiders and Commanders.

The Dolphins game could go either way.  At least the game is in OP.

I just think that our team is weaker than last year.

I could realistically see the Bills missing the playoffs this year.

With all the pundants saying the Bills window is closing, I am starting to think that Josh may never get us to the Lombardi trophy.

    So please be honest here:

    1.  What was your position last year at this time?
    2.  Did your opinion matter or have any impact on the result/was it accurate?

Personally, I tend to go a little opposite…Meaning last year we somehow became media darlings and the ‘hot take’ pic to win the SB.  I was super skeptical of all that.
We need to be an underdog.  Need that hill to climb.  I think we’re a better team than last year.  JMHO

Highly unlikely a person who has been "shopping" a team would undertake a project the size and scope of which the upgrades to Key Bank Center will likely entail, which are planned to take "years" to complete as much of the work will be done during the offseason, which is about to get a lot shorter starting next year.

I'll chalk this up in the bar talk coming from a friend of a friend of a cousin's sister's friend category

Come on man.  Have a lil ounce of business sense.  The answer to your question is yes.
Lets remove a zero or two here:

Lets say your house is worth $900 million

OK, $900,000.  But it’s literally a worn out piece of *****. (You even have a 26 year old tv hanging in your main room!).

It’s time to sell… but you know you want to get the most bang for your buck so you realize if you put say put 10% into fixing up the joint…and prices continue to rise and rise and rise and the team gets good (not even scary good, just playoff good) a couple years from now it could be worth $1.4 million instead on $900k.
This is what smart business people do.
    Come on now!

I could see him doing that in the past, but the team is on the cusp of the playoffs this year.

Edit: Why the laughing emoji, Dillenger4?  Do I smell a wager?

Let’s think like a business person, and not a fan for a second.  Do you think someone would prefer to sell when a team is on the upswing? … sells for more money, etc?

    Come on now!
    just sayin’

  10. Agree that when you start thinking about retirement you should retire.   But this whole idea of learning how to fall sounds idiotic.  It’s one thing for a QB like Josh to need to learn how to slide, get out of bounds, protect himself more etc.

But the idea of learning how to fall when a 300+lb lineman is slamming you to the ground or a safety, whom you do not even see flying at you (or frankly, both of these things at the same time) is ludicrous.

Retire now my friend because with thinking like that. It may not end pretty.

He clearly has no self awareness. Most people in buffalo aren't even sure there's a long-term home for him here, yet he thinks he's done something to earn a big contract? Guy's like this test my fandom. If we can get a 3rd, take that to the bank and call it a robbery.

I get this attitude and partially agree BUT options are: signing him, cutting him or trading for a 6th or 7th rounder.

STOP with the…”This guy’s overrated, trade him for a 3rd round pick” dream. It’s juvenile.
