  1. Anyone else notice the slick "under the radar" timing on his interviews on the same day health care passed? Thus assuring that whatever Woods said it wouldn't be the lead. His new PR man Ari knows how the game is played and is earning his $$ already. That being said, Woods has handled this like a chump. He should have just had a 60 min Q and A with about 10 reporters, then gone on Oprah and 60 Minutes (to tie up loose ends) and it's done. But that's plenty to ask of someone who is dumb enough to leave voicemails though.

By the way, this was his second 'prime time' interview. He looks sick, malnourished and quite a bit older than he looked in '09

  2. Golf is boring with Tiger Woods.

    Try watching these fine Pro's.

Brent Snedeker, Aaron Baddeley, Sean O'Hair, Andres Romero, Steve Stricker, Justin Rose, Davis Love III., Luke Donald, Mark Calcavecchia, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Steve Elkington.

  3. 5 pages of this??? Who cares. McGahee can show him all the hot spots.

When I went to Miami annually in the mid 80's, (when I turned 16) I used to stay at the Doral on the Ocean, (There was a name change, but it was the hotel right next to the Fontainebleau. I spent time in jail, wrecked a car or two, but South Beach was awesome. The place to be was in Coconut Grove or chillin in Key Biscayne. I haven't been there since the Bills lost their first SB. I want to go back, but I hear it's nowhere near as good as it was back the day.

  4. I'll never forget (I was 10 years old at the time btw), as the kick sailed, my father new immediately that it was no good, walked upstairs, hit the wall with an open hand and dented it and all night he sat in front of the stereo blasting Zeppelin Vol. IV, Slippery When Wet, And Black Sabbath's Master of Reality record...I got no sleep and became a Sabbath freak after that, so I guess a good thing came out of that night.

I personally would have taken a Super Bowl championship and listen to MC Hammer for the rest of my life, but hey, at least I got to see the Music City Miracle.

Was that the Carubba Collision hit of the night??

  5. Bolded and underlined for truth! I'm glad my wife is on my in-laws' account! She reads a book every few days!!! Luckily she does get a lot of the free ones. Unfortunately a lot of the free ones are "book 1 of a 7 book series" type of things.

Champ, the majority of the freekin books are only 10 bucks. That's a hell of a lot less than the new release hardbound, that pop in @$25 a piece.

  6. Spinal injury....................that's a touchy area to just dismiss, and then open the purse strings & offer a FOUR year deal to the guy.

If this was a John Guy hire, I'd be upset. So since it was a Whaley hire, should I be feeling OK????????? We can only hope.

EDIT----I jumped the gun, not knowing all the pertinent details. I feel much better after reading a little more on the subject. But, there is still some concern on my part no matter what was stated.
