WR is pretty much picked through. The last guy I was intrigued by was Tory Horton. He went a couple picks before us. At this point, I'd expect they'll go to FA for that 5th roster spot and have a competition between them and Tyrell Shavers. But I could be wrong.
If they take a RB, it won't be until 206 or 240 bc their ceiling is the Practice Squad. We only carry 3 and none of Cook, Davis, or Johnson are going anywhere.
But we did have an open roster spot at TE with Morris leaving and he'll fill that.
No respect for Shenault 😂
I don’t expect much myself but I feel like we collectively forgot about him already.

I know I'm late to the party but I am interested! Might be relegated to the TBD "UFL" league at this point 😂

This seems like a move to push Codrington in camp but who knows?

You could remove the 30+ points and I’ll still be happy lol
I want to extend the streak and break the record for consecutive 30+ point games. Not a necessity, but would be hella sweet.

I want 3 things on Sunday.
A dub.
30+ points.
Zero injuries.
That is all.

Curious - how did you become a Bills fan living in Seattle with your Dad a huge Seahawk fan
My cousin is the flip side to this. Born and raised in WNY, most everyone around him a big Bills fan, but he roots for the Seahawks.
His reason?
"I really liked Shaun Alexander" 😂

The top receiving options of Cooper/Coleman/Shakir/Kincaid has a ton of potential. Love what I saw today!
At this point I would IR Samuel to work through the toe and shoulder(?) injury and let the top 4 guys get to work. Then if he gets fully healthy on the backend of the season Samuel could add a nice little wrinkle into the offense as a pure gadget guy.
And man I love the one-two punch of Cook and Davis.

At the right price, possibly. But he is another Curtis Samuel IMO. He really belongs in the slot but can play some outside. He was massively overdrafted but nobody wanted to hear it.
Yeah, an in-division trade tells me that the Commanders believe he is a bust.

Waking up to a 1 pm game is somehow disorienting.
Really want to see Kincaid become a thing today.
The trade deadline is coming up and if we aren’t making a receiver move, I’d love to know that we have our potential 2 in house.
I am beyond ready for Kincaid to become a thing. Isn't today national TE day?

Reminds me of the James Hardy mismatch strategy.
Remember that year with Justin Hunter (?) where he had like 8 catches and almost all were red zone TDs? lol

Exactly. He was a 3rd round pick out of Penn St, so not exactly a nobody. Was a backup his first 2 seasons, and then started all last year and came into his own. This is exactly when we cash in on that.
I haven’t read all the way through yet so this may have been brought up by others, but this move gives me similar vibes to signing Settle last year. Big difference being that McGovern will get way more snaps to show his stuff.

Just a little point that Josh has 16 fumbles and has lost 6 of them, which is a bit ahead of the 50/50 odds these things are supposed to have, and supports maybe "average" luck?
I see your point, however my thought was broader than just Josh's fumbling. In my recollection there have been several instances of balls hitting the deck when the Bills have been on defense and they bounce right back to the only opposing player in the vicinity.
I don't have a stat to back it up, but I do remember someone posting some advanced stat several weeks ago showing that the Bills were, I think, the second unluckiest team in the league at the time when it came to "bad luck" bounces. Which I believe included fumble bounces as I just described as well as whose hands a tipped pass ends up in and other odd ball movements of that nature. Maybe someone else can remember what that stat was called and who came up with it. It may have been posted around midseason so perhaps the Bills luck has evened out since then.

Most Beloved Bills: 1 year (ok up to 2)

TO was the first to come to mind for me as well. I probably wouldn't say "beloved" but "fun" for sure.
BTW does he still have the key to the city? 😅
