I can’t say that he didn’t need to get moved because I think it will be better for the team in the long run. But I do think he did appreciate the fans. As crazy as that stadium gets and as well as we travel, the players get it. Any problems he had were inside the building, whether coaches or players we’ll never know. The guy wants to win but eventually he wears out his welcome.

Little shake north of Albany. No big deal as far as I know…

Hey mods! Got a suggestion for you. Would it be possible to have 13 seconds automatically inserted into every topic on the board? Think about all of the time and keystrokes it would save!
Concerning Diggs, I’m kinda glad he’s moving on. First couple of years here he was great. Last couple of years from a fan’s perspective he seemed to be a distraction. As long as we’ve got 17, we’re in every game. I’m looking forward to the season. Go Bills!

Alec Anderson is still listed on the roster. Don’t know much about him but he’s a younger guy they seem to like.
Oops, late…

I know folks are clamoring for WR in the first round but if there’s a plug and play center available to protect Josh for the next 5-10 years you need to get him. Morse was really good but he got pushed around too often. If they knew they weren’t keeping Morse I don’t understand why they traded Bates unless they really thought he couldn’t do the job.

So, Buffalo isn’t in the top 100 most obese American cities, this is good. Because of all of the great food out there that is unexpected. Does this mean that WNY’ers are kind of healthy?

Ohio has my ex and her family. If I never go there again I’m good.

For years the *Patriots were praised for getting rid of guys one year too early instead of one year too late. I hope Mitch is successful and healthy. But I also think moving on is the right thing to do. Time to get younger.

It’s not even what has to happen to beat KC, it’s that our window has been nailed shut. In the last week (per mainstream media) we’ve lost three pro bowl DB’s and a center. We’re also losing other “major” contributors. No mention that with the exception of Morse, these guys are aging high priced players who’ve lost a step and can’t stay healthy. This is a game for young fast players and I’m looking forward to next season.

A real simple and cheap help…. Pick up a “closed cell” sleeping pad, they’re blue and about a half inch thick. Cost you about $15. Because it’s closed cell, it can’t absorb water. Cut two pieces about 1 1/2 to 2 feet long. Put one pad under your boots and sit on the other. You’ll be amazed at how much more comfortable you are.

I think there’s a good chance that a couple of the top two/three centers will be available later in the second round. Another young mauler next to Torrence would be nice to see.

I’ve still got a copy of “The Coach’s Playbook” that GR55 gave away way back when. If nothing else, he was always entertaining. RIP Coach.

My name is Earl ran for four years. Last show was a cliffhanger and was canceled before season five.

I don’t get the doom and gloom… The Chief’s had one of the best punters in the league last season and they’re replacing him with the “punt god”? Sure, he can kick it a mile. He’s also inconsistent because he kicks line drives and his directional kicking isn’t good. Oh by the way, he wasn’t a holder in college either as he was the place kicker too. The Chief’s may save some money but I think they’re downgrading the position.
-
It’s been a couple of years but what I remember is that he could kick it a mile, just not sure of the direction. I’m glad he’s getting another chance but I don’t think he’s an upgrade over the Chief’s current kicker. Any team could have tried to sign him to their roster or practice squad for months and didn’t. The next time our biggest concern with any team is the punter, it’ll be the first time.

It’s amazing how tackle play improves when your guards don’t suck. If he’ll sign a reasonable contract, extend him 👍.

Just my opinion…. I think Butler was upset he didn’t get the DC spot so he walked away. The Bills probably didn’t expect that and had to fill the secondary spot quickly. Not sure how they found Addae but McD wouldn’t have picked him without a good reason. I’m sure Butler will land on his feet (hopefully in the NFC).

As McD knows what to look for and how to coach the secondary I’ll have to trust he brought this guy in for a reason. Truthfully what I know about these position coaches being brought in is absolutely nothing. Hope for the best 🥳

Nobody ever complained about having tools that were too good…

If we draft a couple of receivers high in the draft that would benefit Diggs. He’d see fewer double teams and he could work with the young guys to bring them up to speed. Does he have an “attitude”? Yes, he wants to win, that’s his attitude.

Concerning capacity of a 10 inch miter saw.. I wouldn’t recommend cutting a 4x4 with a 10 inch saw. Especially if you need an angled cut (30 or 45 degrees). Cutting 4x4’s or 2x8’s you’ll want a 12 inch blade.

If you’re looking at a 10 inch mitre saw, consider a 12 inch. Sooner or later you’ll be thankful for the bigger blade.

Maybe the Bills want to promote Brady but figure if he’s successful he’ll be gone in a year or so. If Lewis is impressive in his interview perhaps he’d be brought on as the QB coach. Learn the system and the organization and move up in a year or two.
-
Don’t want to reach for a specific position in round 1, go BPA.
But… hopefully they can grab two WR’s in the first 4-5 rounds. If a WR at 28 is the BP, great! If not, there are other holes to fill.

Some friends and I are renting a condo this weekend in Lake Placid. Monday morning after breakfast and checking out we’re climbing Poke-O-Moonshine (smaller mountain in the northern ADK). Should be right in the middle of the band. Hoping for clear skies 🤞.
