  1. Look...I love Marshawn. I love Beast Mode. But in watching every game last season, I noticed something...Freddy J was just the better RB, period. Marshawn had this incredibly stupid stutter-step that he did almost every time he touched the ball, and it always ended up costing him a ton of yardage. Beast Mode was M.I.A. - you've got to be incredibly naive to tell me otherwise.

Don't get me wrong...I want to keep Lynch on the team, because I think he has what it takes to come back as a terrific running back. Watching his first couple of years gave me that faith in him. But the way he was playing last year, I'm glad we limited his carries. If he'd had the bulk of the carries, I think we would've been closer to 4-12 than anything else.

  2. Wow, over the Vikings? Must mean Favre isn't coming back.

I thought the problem was that with Favre at QB, LT wouldn't be as big a part of the game. If that were the case, that would make this seem like Favre is coming back. Then again, I may be remembering the analysis of LT's hypothetical role in Minnesota wrong.

  3. I would say he hit the hammer on the head with that post.

I'd say he hit the nail on the head. But that's just me.

Semantics aside, I do agree entirely with his post. Keeping him out for a few weeks to heal isn't going to be the difference between going or not going to the Super Bowl, so why rush him?

  4. ^^^^ we used Skull Splitter as part of a bet during Fantasy a couple years ago. Loser had to buy and drink an entire bottle as quickly as possible. Fun fact for your Sunday morning.

He is still a VERY player and we need a good WR. He would help. Offer him 7 mil for one year, it's a good value compared to other good WR

I don't think it's the money. I think he wants out of Buffalo, and he wants to play with his buddy Chad. Even if we offered him $7 mil, I'd be willing to be that he'd still take 5 from Cincinnati instead.

  5. Want Marshawn San Diego? Want to go back to Cali Marshawn? Good riddance. Another blown pick, hopefully we can get something for him

I'd take Marshawn over LT for 2010 in a heartbeat. LT's on his way down, Marshawn's just got a single bad season in his past. He's got a lot of good playing left in him.

  6. Thanks!

This is exactly why I was rooting for the Saints from the beginning (er, two weeks ago). Colts fans have had their share of Super Bowl appearances - and wins - but as a Bills fan, my heart was out to the Saints fans who had never gotten to celebrate like that. I hadn't seen that video yet; thanks for posting!

  7. It feels great. Anything I can do to get out of that cold in Buffalo, it's great,'' Owens said Wednesday during his party at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.

"It feels great. Anything I can do to get out of that cold in Rochester, it's great," I said Thursday while sitting at the computer in my new apartment in Texas.

I love Rochester, I just like warmer winters better than colder winters. Where's the diss?

  8. Here's what I find odd - in interviews, it seems like players are always talking about how ridiculous Bills fans are (in a good way), and how they're kind of surprised the first time they play in Orchard Park. Aside from the obvious (being a perennially losing team), why would you not want to play for a team with a fanbase like this?

  9. QB

To quote Sandra Bullock from The Blind Side

"As a home owner, the first check you write is for your mortgage, and the second one your write is for the insurance

Yeah, except when your home is a trailer and it's parked in Tornado Alley. Then you write the insurance check first, because there won't be a home to write a check for if you don't.

O line first; even the best QBs are crap if they're being sacked all the time.
