  1. Any coach that can come up with a scheme to stop the Gators offense....especially as drastically as ALA did would be someone to consider
  2. Why not Doug Plank as our DC. He obviously did a great job with the DB's in NY and would bring Rex Ryan's defensive mind to Buffalo. I think this should be our guy
  3. On NFL Live. He is such a piece of garbage. Saying the Raiders had mroe of an upside then the Bills and that Buffalo is becoming the Oakland of the east coast.
  4. With an offensive mind like his he would utilize the players we have to thhe full potential. We have similar types of players as Dallas they just aren't utilized properly. They might not be as elite, but with the right system and coach we could see a huge improvement. Think about it... Marshawn Lynch; Marion Barber. Bruising runners, good change of pace, marion is a lil better in open space though. Fred Jackson; Felix Jones/Tashard Choice. Jackson is almost an exact mix of both, he's got the good vision and big play ability of Jones and the great hands of Choice. Shawn Nelson; Jason Witten. Obviously this is more far fetched then the rest of the comparisons but with Garret at the helm we could see Nelson blossom. He showed big play abilities down field and if he can get the mismatches that Garret gets for Witten he could see Pro Bowl type numbers. Lee Evans; Miles Austin. Really, what is the difference between these two speedsters? Miles's blue eyes? They are both good after the catch and can burn you with a deep ball or a slant pattern. Just a thought?
  5. I would hope so, but Marshawn hasn't done anything in his past to make me not doubt the story.
  6. A. We won't take a LB in the 1st round, that would be crazy. B. Trade what? And with whom? C. Tebow isn't worth a 1st rounder especially with our other needs.
  7. With the League evolving in these past 5 years, faster then it ever has in it's history, Im worried that even hiring someone like Cowher or Billick might not help as much as some think, becuase they have an older style coaching scheme. I don't want something to happen like Gibbs in Washington. Not that they are bad coaches and they havent been out of the game as long as Gibbs was, but it's something to think about.
  8. The Bills should give up on 1st round RB's. They havent worked out too well recently
  9. ya i guess you are all right... i say trade him asap for anything you can get. Before the league suspends him again...
  10. I think Buffalo needs a HC that gets this team motivated... Mornhinweg won't do that. We need to light a fire under this team. We have good talent, better then some teams that did better then us and alot better then teams that did worse.
  11. Lynch for Washintons 3rd? They need RB's bad. What about KC's third? He would be a good compliment to the speedy Jamaal Charles.
  12. You must have a subscription to ESPN the Magazine, they just did a story on him.
  13. Why don't you actually think about the trade. Flacco needs a speedy playmaker, mason is getting up in age and clayton can't catch the ball and Todd Heap is injury prone.
  14. Bills trade their first round pick for, Baltimore's 1st and 2nd. Baltimore uses the first to get either Dez Bryant, or Golden Tate. There are too many teams ahead of Baltimore that are in desperate need of a solid WR such as Cle, KC, Den (if they trade Marshall), Mia, Seattle, Tenn, and even possibly NYJ. Buffalo uses the 22nd pick for Anthony Davis, LT, Rutgers; or Bryan Bulaga, LT, Iowa. if he's there. I think these two tackles will fit into the cold Buffalo weather and system perfectly as they both obviously played their home games in cold weather. Russel Okung and Trent Williams play in way warmer weather and I don't know how well they will adjust. Buffalo then takes Terrance Cody,DT, Alabama, with their 41st pick or if hes not there, or Sergio Kindle, LB, Texas. Bryan Price, DT, UCLA, would be a good pick, but he might still be there on the 54th pick. If not with Baltimores 54th, Navarro Bowman, OLB, Penn State or Bruce Campbell, OT, Maryland. Let me know what you think. Also what do you think bout Tony Pike or Dan LeFevour as a late round pick. Both Qb's played and performed well in cold weather.
