Personally, I think this is someone talking out his arse. I doubt that the NFL will allow Buffalo to relocate, while teams like Jacksonville and St. Louis have severe attendance issues. Of course the league would allow Buffalo to move. The leagu is run by the owners, and the owners care about $$$. Do you think someone that cares about $$ would keep a team in a market where they have to be the lowest priced in teh league on order to sell tickets?
