I wasn't a fan of Peterman until seeing him this preseason. Now as much as I'm looking forward to him starting, I don't want him starting against the Jets as their D will destroy QBs. Let Tyrod start that game and see how he does -

The more I look at Rudolph & Allen the more I like them. I see Darnold going to the Jets or elsewhere. Looking at Rudolph & Allen we may not have to trade up to land one of them.

OK, I originally went on record stating that Josh Rosen would be our next QB. I am now leaning more towards 1) Josh Allen or 2) Mason Rudolph with Josh Rosen now dropping to my 3rd choice. These are all behind Darnold of course but I'm pretty sure that he'll go to a bottom feeder like the Jets.

Cut - Yates
That was easy enough - If Tyrod starts against the Jets, he most likely won't finish the game anyways, their D will destroy him as he stands there looking around for a hole to run into.

I like the idea of getting Logan Thomas reps for emergency QB. Other than that is there any chance we could pry Woodrum from the Ravens a little early?

Easy, safe walk out to the parking garage at the Horseshoe then out onto 695 in about 15 minutes #awesome. The concession stands were plentiful with short lines on the first level with nice wide isles. The food was bland and everything was crazy expensive with parking being $40 - $50 & bland sandwiches at $10 but overall a great experience in section 119.

Tyrod is what you see & nothing more, he has hit his head on his ceiling and on his way back down again. Peterman is a raw rookie that already looks better than TT and has a much higher ceiling. At this point I would go with Peterman and it's not even close.

I think our front 4 will be awesome, it's our secondary playing zone that scares me. I think opposing QBs will have a field day passing on our zone coverage until McD learns to tighten it up.

The refs control the outcome of the games more times than not.

Being slow but running as fast as you can is one thing but it looked like Boldin wasn't even really trying out there. On 1 route he was running flat-footed, like when you try to walk real fast but want it to look like you're running (I do this when I run 5Ks with my 4 & 6 year olds). I hope he's sand-bagging for the regular season.

It is a little curious that they make the cuts they do, when they make them. Ducasse has been terrible so far & I would have cut him already right along with Twain Jones.
