Well, ***** the rest of the NFL.

I believe in the boys, and that they'll make fools out of a lot of people before this season os through.

I feel exactly the same way.

All I ask for is quality and fair officiating.

Don’t care what any of the half-witted analysts say or vote.

    LFG. This is our year.

Do you know if this has been proven?  I can’t imagine Belichick approaching the Jets about a job after that slight. Unless his balls are bigger than his ego….

It was reported by Cimini.  Seems legit.

He’s just feeling bad that he has to sit at the kids’ table.  It’s driving him mad that one of the 32 wouldn’t jump at him. I guess he’s got a major chip on his shoulder. Control freak. Burns bridges. My way or the highway.

I look forward to him being hired and flaming out one last time. He’ll then be forced to retire and work in the media he hates so much. Before being glazed into the hall of fame and then everyone will pretend that his temper tantrum never happened.

  3. Belichick insulted Woody Johnson in public — over the top criticism (albeit deserved) — and still called the Jets to see if they wanted to hire him. It’s like saying “You’re a trash owner. Now hire me.” Dude is desperate.

He also reportedly burned bridges with Kraft and Jarod Mayo.

If he walked out on UNC it just shows how pathetic he is. Ego maniac. Can’t let go of the limelight.  Guess he needs to impress his 18 year old girlfriend.

Does this wildcard game vs Denver remind anyone else of that 1996 game vs Jacksonville? Vet coach with a young QB, upstart team playing with nothing to lose, big home favorite with all the pressure on them? Maybe it’s my Bills paranoia setting in but I just can’t shake the feeling.

No. Not at all. People were bringing that up in week 3. Trap game. Scared of the Jags. Right.

ESPN is trying to play this up as quite the problem for the Bills. Broncos have a good Run Defense! Most Sacks! Surtain! Which goes against: Bills have allowed the least amount of sacks, have a good running game and have multiple receivers that can easily make it their day. You'd swear the Broncos were the 9 point favorites. (this is between Get Up and whoever was on WGR550 last night)

Dion Dawkins recently said “this is a kill or be killed league.”

Gonna be lots of talk this week. It’s all useless.

Need to choke them out. On O and D. There a reason it’s 2 vs 7.

Killer instinct needs to kick in.

They gotta stop giving these rookie QBs prime time games.. maybe a couple Thursday night games early in the season but November and December prime time slots need to be heavily weighted with the leagues best QBs Mahomes, Allen, Burrow and Stafford and so on and flex out any garbage.

     This is unwatchable.

    No it’s “miraculous.”

  7. Miraculous!

Caleb Williams puts up 3 points, throws for 100 yards, gets sacked at an almost unprecedented frequency, in the midst of a 10 game losing streak, and the color analyst calls his performance miraculous because he manages to complete an 8 yard pass. The hype train is so damn childish. Participation trophy mindset. Everybody is a hero.

Herbsteit is awful, how are the Bears “in the process of breaking the cycle”?

Hype up everything is a KPI for these analysts. “These guys are dead in the water” is not allowed.

One of the reasons I like Al Michaels so much is he is more willing to call a spade a spade.

There is a zero percent chance the Bears can make up that lost yardage.

Might as well bring out the punter now.

They won’t even try to. Caleb Williams loves getting sacked and will not throw the ball down field for fear of interceptions.

Is it true that he hasn’t thrown any picks during the 9 game losing streak!!!

Rather than be a turnover machine he just turns turtle.

    Chicago is a train wreck.

At this point I think it’s about attention more than anything else. It’s a huge adjustment for all these guys to go from the adoration of millions, to a few. In Rodgers case, he doesn’t really have anyone…

I think he can still throw it and read D with the best of them.

The problem is his body is breaking down and he can’t move around in the pocket like he used to. He doesn’t want to accept his limitations because that’s not in his personality.

Does he obsessively crave attention? Without question.

But he also has fierce will, determination, and the fire still burns inside him. I expect him to be fully up for the game. McD better have a good plan ready to frustrate him (assuming the game still matters for seeding)

Rodgers releases the ball in under 2.5 seconds. He hates contact.

He’s been an NFL starter for 17 seasons. He must not hate it too much.

I think it’s more like his body can’t take it anymore and he needs to minimize it.

There is no team in the league I hate more than the Jets. I might hate them more than every other team in the league combined. I don’t care if we had no chance for movement or who was playing, kill this team. No loss can be bad enough for the jets as far as I’m concerned

Can you be more descriptive? Exactly how much do you hate them? Would you hate them in a car? Do you hate them in a bar?

The Bills will roll the Jets and I see Aaron Rodgers tapping out early.

Based on his recent comments, it seems like he’s auditioning for the rest of the league. I expect his best. Not the kind of guy who is gonna tap out. That’s not his personality at all. He prides himself as someone who plays through pain.

McD needs to come up with a good plan to make his day miserable. Show no mercy.

I rewatched the condensed game afterward and realized that each of the Pats’ three TD drives was aided by one or more critical penalties, with the third drive being the most egregious example.  And each featured at least one play where the flag came in way late, after the play’s result was known.

This had all the feel of a Little League game where the ump shrinks the strike zone on the best pitchers and expands it for the best hitters.

I just rewatched the entire game. Wanted to have a dispassionate sense of exactly what happened since it’s hard when the emotions are flowing.

    Lots of overreactions are happening.

Pats O came out on script. Maye made a couple of GREAT throws early. He had a really nice third down conversion with his legs. As @BRH said, D had bad penalties. The Elam PI was brutal. Cam Lewis had a brutal PI— he was definitely being targeted by AVP.  Baylon Spector—really rough stuff. Woof.

Josh didn’t have his regular fastball. Too many penalties. O Seemed to get to the line tardy as the game went on. Just sluggish. Always flirting with zero on the play clock. If I had to guess, Josh had a cold or something.

Overall, this one reminded me of the preseason game against the Bears. Meaningless. Remember that loss, 33-6? Sky was falling. McD was pissed after that one too 🤣
