  1. And? Is that good or bad in your eyes?

There will be a price to pay to keep the team here. Currently my tickets in Van Miller Club are $183.50 a piece.

More would be debateable. But in a new stadium maybe I can relocate and get an even better seat for an average of $100 !!!!!

    Hell ya, Go Bills!

    Would be horrible.

Buffalo Bills average ticket price o(as of last season): $59

  2. Since everyone here also seems to like their country a little bit on the off-of-mainstream side, the Refried Funky Chicken

Also, feel free to bring up anything by Jamey Johnson.

is one of my favorites, but his albums are solid country.
  3. So JohnShawn is the new guy? Is he a threat?

JohnShawn Powter. Definite threat. This man can kick off through the uprights, and stick both his kick offs and punts so they stop right on the 1 yard line in the very corner. Every time. With no bounce. Ball just lies dead. Its that strategic rugby kick.

  4. So, did our offensive line suck last season or not? Serious question. It seems anecdotally yes, stat-wise no.

They were good for the first few games, then started getting destroyed by injuries again. Even after the injuries they were serviceable for a few games. Those who weren't injured and stayed in their positions all year quietly did well. Levitre was doing great at guard then got tossed to LT and Center . He did commendably at all of the positions, but not as well as a true position man would have. Well, other than that one game at center where he screwed up a couple snaps.

If our line stayed together all year, they'd probably be one of the best lines this team has had in a long time.

  5. Polian seems like he does good turning a team around (aka, getting some first overall great QB's) but can't sustain for very long. Once Kelly was gone, the Bills were essentially done for the rest of his tenure. In Indy, no Peyton=no team last year. Hopefully Nix can put down a good foundation for a decent amount of time (nothing lasts forever)

  6. Definitely the backup QB position is a big one. I'm sort of still iffy about the LT position, and maybe some more DL depth may be wanted.

Wow... I just realized how hard it is to be in the offseason and not be seeing a gaping hole in the team anymore. Thank you Buddy!

  7. That would give the Bills 13 picks in one draft year.

As I've pointed out before, that's too many. You'd end up cutting too many of your draftees… you can't develop that many rookies. It becomes wasteful.

The only way you accumulate that many picks in one draft is if you plan on packaging them to trade back up for a player or you trade some of them for picks in future years (which devalues them).

Anyways, the first question in my mind: is there a link for this draft?

Second question: What blogger is representing the Bills? There are several Bills bloggers that participate on this forum. Is it one of them?

Well they took 2 of the picks and traded back into the 1st round at pick 32.

The draft was done by the ESPN bloggers, so James Walker. Which led to some amusing comments when he traded with himself between the Jets and Bills.
