wait....what...huh?????? Victor cruz is a totaly diferent type of WR...and not to mention nelson was a average #3 Wr on a below average bills Receiving corps while victor cruz is a top ""10"" Wr in the league....
Sorry but I think Nelson is a #2 on a team with a real QB.
The biggest difference is Nelson has Fitsuck passing to him while Cruz has all world Manning.

I would rather take a coach out of collage and let them see what they can do until this Jimbo owns this team no big names are coming. So lets call Kelly, Miles, or some other coach I would even take Gruden right now we know he will get into someones face for this stuff

When are some of you going to stop equating "caring" to acting like a cranky toddler? I think pretty much every player who puts on an NFL uniform cares about winning, but not all of them stomp around and shove their teammates when things get bad.
After reading this I am going to say you have never played a position in sports where you had to count on others to help you out?
This happens many times in sports see Ryan Miller last year in Detroit or Patrick Roy when he was in Montreal. There have also been many times I have watched Rodgers, Manning or even Brees say something to linemen when they are not getting help .

I for 1 can't wait to see it most of the film was done in the town I grew up in so seeing what they did with it will be great for me plus being able to pick out stuff that I have been to and see will make it better

So wifey buys a new used car has it for about 2 weeks. I drive it one time and ever so lightly "run into" a curb / sidewalk that was taller than expected and there is about a couple of dozen marks in the bumper where the white paint has come off of the plastic bumper (base color is black). It is actually the lower section of the bumper where the fog lamps are.
Has anyone used the paint repair pens to touch up these marks or am I forking out money for a new bumper?
It can be done the only problem with doing it that way is you will notice the touch up spot. If you went that way and wanted it to look good you would have to wet sand the spot that way the paint looks flush other wise it will look raised

I was telling her that. They do say to totally discharge it from time to time (every month)... Does that help? Even my Motorola Droid 4 says that you are supposed to let them change the battery... Huh? I saw the Verizon rep take the back off and put my old SD card in (old phone had Mini SD slot which I had a Micro SD card in a Mini Adapter). I didn't see what he did with the battery... I just assumed he put the battery in? The cover on the Droid was finicky... Wouldn't lay flush on one tab and supposedly they put a new back on it.
The Droid 4 and Razr do not have replaceable battery's on them. The 4 has some special tool to remove the back but the battery is ribbon cabled into the system not like others that have the pins.
More an more phones are moving that way and it wont matter much to me I get a day or better on my Razr

Why would you put Moats over Morrison? I don't think Moats even sniffs the field unless its on special teams

The Broncos are winning in spite of Fox, not because of him. He is holding Tebow back.
Wow I never knew Skip Bayless was on this forum

That is a bunch of BS. If he throws a pick or fumbles, and then tries to make a play to stop the other team from running with the ball then he should be treated as just another player.
Wow this league is getting way too protective of their QB's.
It's not BS if you understand the rule. What the rule says is if there is an INT you must give the QB a few yards to make a play most QB will just stand around and try not to make a play but were still getting killed by 300lb linemen

No flaming from me on this guy I like him a lot the only thing I worry about is he might be a system QB kinda like Clausen was at ND but who know Moore might just shock a lot of people and I would not mind using our extra 4th on him if he is there

Houston in, Detroit in. Keep drinking the Wilson Kool aid folks, he says we only need 'a few more years'. Wow...
See you have that all wrong Houston is in the playoff because there was no more Manning in the division to keep them out good for them glad they made it.
As for the Lions its a shame it took so long after drafting in the top 5 for the last 8 years.

What? Not going to include JP Losman in the Miami edit?? LOL
Only if somehow he throws up a bomb to Evans to beat us other wise he is still the Locos QB
-
You might be onto something here, did you ever notice around the league that teams with winning records have good QB, and teams that are losing and do not have good QB play are always the ones to fire their coaches?
Jacksonville(Gabbert), KC(Cassel,Palko), Miami(Henne,Moore), all losing teams this year, all fired Head coaches
Green Bay(Rodgers), New England(Brady), New Orleans(Brees), all good coaches not on the hotseat
There I fixed it for you.
Chan has done a good job with what he has there he has made chicken salad out of chicken crap that makes up this roster give him time to fix what he has to fix if he can't fix it in 3-4 years then start looking at someone new but right now give the guy a break

Im against the "softening" of the game, but what Harrison is doing is dangerous and borders on assault. The way he plays is not the way people are taught to play, as a matter of fact it's how people are taught NOT to play.
He purposely tackles in a very unsafe manner. He could tackle clean but he chooses not to. He's short so why cant he go low?
He's been fined/penalized 5 times. He's talked to the NFL. He's talked to the Steelers organization. Tomlin himself said the hit was illegal and he needed to pay the consequences.
He should have been suspended for 4 games and maybe appealed it down to 2. Next time he should be banned.
I hate to tell you wrong but the way that he hit Colt is the exact way you are taught to hit aim at the numbers and drive threw the guy is the way everybody is told to hit that is what Harrison did. Some of his hits are boarder line cheap but he hits the same way every time head on the numbers which is the way a good coach teaches you to hit.

Bought the Razr on Wed. & love it. Battery life however, is pretty darn awful.
Set your smart actions I use it on mine and use wifi most the time saves me from having to worry about going over my 4gigs a month. Another thing turn on the 4g radio there are a ton of programs in the market that will do it for you just use 4g for when you want it.

I went with the Razr after looking at the Rezound and waiting on the Nexus.
The Rezound was just fat and I don't use my phone at the gym plus Sense is a huge memory hog it felt like it was lagging.
The nexus is a Samsung and after having a Capitivate with At&t I will never buy another Samsung again their cell radios suck and build quality is not the greatest they all seem to have problems.
Moto has been great right now size is perfect and using smart actions I get anywhere between 18-31 hours per battery charge so the point of adding a battery was not even in my mind

Mario allegedly wont, but we need to be looking for 34 OLBs not ends in 43
Funny I thought that before he got hurt Williams was playing OLB in a 3-4 system and looked very good playing that position

I've read thousands of posts on this website over the last 10 years or so but this is my first thread,
and ironically it's not even about the Bills.
Does anyone have data or can you provide some insight on the effects of concussions on hockey goaltenders
and the trajectory of their stats and careers after suffering one?
I'm assuming that a QB's performance suffers the most in all sports
due to their decision making process being compromised in some way.
Do/can concussions affect hand-eye coordination as well?
Are we going to see Miller start checking down?
(o.k. that's a joke, but you know what I mean)
and no, I don't know enough about hockey to join sabrespace.
Thanks in advance and I hope everyone has a great holiday season.
I did not play pros but I was a goalie threw HS and some College in my time in the net I had 3 concussions from shots off the head. The equipment has come a very long way since I played wearing the same helmets that skaters wear only with a better mask. Today's masks have less flat spots on them which is better when you get hit in the head with a puck there is also a lot more padding and technology has helped a great deal.
Miller should be fine when he comes back into the net he might not go as far out to play the puck or anything but as for his game you may see some shying away from higher shots at first until he can't dodge 1 and it goes off his mask
I can tell you that after my second shot off the helmet I was a little shell shocked and would move my head a lot more trying to get out of the way then I used too and now that I am older and having suffered a lot more concussions I can say I will stay take a shot or 2 off my mask and I have not noticed anything wrong with my reflexes not to say that as I get older and older it might change.

If Edwards is out (which i hope he is) I really think we should go after Eric Mangini. He runs a 3-4 defense with the Pats, NYJ, and Browns. I think he would be a much better fit then the other names being brought up. Plus he probably has some unfinished business with the Pats and NYJ. Win, Win for us.
Mangini will not come back into the league as a DC he wants a head coaches job not be a coordinator.

Slayers and BuffaoBill: I downloaded a program called "InSSIDer 2.0" (from cnet.com). According to this, my RSSI SUCKS! I don't understand that at all, cause my router is no further than 20' from any of my devices at any given time. It's oscillating between 35-50%, whereas all the others I'm able to pick up are north of 75-80%. For channel, it shows me as being on "9+5", and I'm the only one on those channels. The most commonly used channels are 1 and 6.
How can my RSSI be this low??
you might want to try adjusting channels on my linksys I am on channel 10 and only 10 there are way to many people in my apartments that are all over the place.
Another thing you might want to check is your firmware and update it or maybe even look into DDWRT if your router is supported by them it will give you everything you want plus some but be warned if you are unsure about doing the DDWRT don't do it you can brick your router.

So I had a Linksys/Cisco router that worked great for about three years. It started acting up last year so I bought the newer version (pretty sure the model was a "2000" or something) and it started off working great. Well, now it seems to be acting up and I'm getting really frustrated. I thought it was just the wireless adapter in my laptop or a driver issue or something, but it's dropping the signal for other wireless devices, too.
I'm wondering what brands and models you guys might be using with good success? I'm looking for a dual band wireless-N router that doesn't have reports of reliability issues. I live in a 1200sf apartment, and it's only one level, so I don't need maximum range.
CNet.com seems to be really high on Asus
There might not be anything wrong with your router you say you live in an apartment someone might be running on the same channels that you are running. If you have a smart phone or even your laptop download a wireless channel scanner and see what channels are popular then set your router to run on what ever is open or has the least amount.
What is the highest speed you have driven car or truck.

It was not all that hard to do was on my way to Stamford from Trumbell doing around 120 when I started hitting the hills around fairfield I was able to get the speed up a bit higher.
You are right that most people would have been in trouble but I have been lucky that I did the Skip Barber at Lime Rock and a few of the races that they offer after that. (all curtsy of BMW USA)
