  1. CB1 - White

    CB2- Dane

    NKL - Johnson

    Safety's Poyer and Benford

Next year switch out Dane for Elam. But after the bye this year I'd love to see this line-up.  Move Benford to Safety so both can get on the field, Benford would be an upgrade to Hamilin. Leave Dane as the starter for now for the experience he gives us. This year Elam would be second string.

  2. We play the Steelers at home next week and they're starting a rookie QB after benching Tribusky. Then we play the Chiefs at Arrowhead.  Our Defense should be able to handle the Steelers offense without Tre.  The question is do you bring him back for the Cheifs? His first start of the year against the Cheifs?  I doubt that, he'll probably be back after the bye and we'll be either 5 and 1 or 4 and 2 going into the bye and getting everyone healthy at that point.

  3. I think with Dorsey calling plays and an improved OL he'll get to 1,000.  However, the Bills averaged 64 plays on offense last year ( https://www.sportskeeda.com/nfl/how-many-possessions-team-receive-per-game-nfl).

So lets say they average that again.  Out of 64 plays who gets the pig skin is decided on game planning, defensive schemes, weather, injuries and other factors but on average I'll take a shot at it keeping in mind that if Singletary is to get to 1,000 yards he needs 59 yards per game.

    1) Allen runs it 4 times per game (60 left)

    2) Diggs gets the pig skin 7 times a game (53 left)

    3) Davis gets it 6x a game (47 left)

    4) McKenzie gets it 5x a game (42 left)

    5) Knox gets it 5x a game (37 left)

    6) Incomplete passes 7x (30 left)

    7) Moss / Cook get it 6x a game (24 left)

8 ) Other TE's and "others" get it 6x per game (18 left)

That leaves about 18 plays "on average" to hand the ball to Singletary - a few of those will likely be screen passes so lets adjust it to 15 running plays for Singletary.  Last year he averaged 4.6 YPC X 15 = 69 yards per game average.

Obviously a lot happens and these numbers are only my personal guess on touches average per game for each player but a probably pretty close.  With that said, it is totally possible and realistic to think that Singletary gets well over 1,000 yards this year. IMO.

So she wasn't well and had to go lie down? Matt Araiza had sex with a girl who was not well.

See what I am getting at here. He can't have it both ways. He cannot be a good Samaritan taking care of her, because that means she wasn't able to give proper consent.

Was she led to a bedroom 2 minutes after having sex with matt? Or two hours later after several more drinks?  Stop pretending like you know what happened.  At no place does it show anytime of timeframe.  She literally said "All I remember is being led to a bedroom where some guys were at'.  it does not state that Matt led her there, or at what point in the night she was led there.

I agree, I’m just saying the allegations are more than what I saw in your original post - apologies if I misread or missed a bit.

It's all good, none of us have the facts, we're all just very concerned and I believe we all hope the facts will show us that the Bills had the information we're all missing.

The victim alleges he took her to the room where the other guys were and, I believe, joined in.

"Alleges". Have you heard the other side?  Maybe he did, maybe he didn't.  Maybe he noticed she was drunk and layed her on the bed, not knowing these guys were going to rape her. I'm just saying, lets hear the other side before we rush to judgment.  If in fact there is more and he is guilty of something this bad, then I agree he will need to be cut, never play in the NFL again, and face the courts.

  7. 1) The girl said she attended High school, she did not say she told him she was 17.

    2) She went to the side of the house with Matt, he told her to go down and she did.  He then turned her around and they had sex.

    3) His lawyer and multiple witnesses said he was not in the room when the accusations of rape occurred.

This sounds to me like she had sex with a guy at a party, neither considered age before hand.  Everyone keeps saying he raped her, but it does not sound like forced rape to me.  It sounds like once she was in the bedroom, multiple people raped her but Matt was not part of that group and for all we know he didn't even know it occurred. However, of all the men there, Matt is the NFL guy, so that's who they're going to go after for money due to her age, hence the civil case and the multiple texts between lawyers.

I think we should let this play out and hear both sides before we rush to judgment.  If she willingly had sex with Matt, which it appears she did, then Matt should face a misdemeanor. Would any of you want your 21 year old son to go to jail and lose his chance to play int he NFL because he had sex with a girl that was 17 who consented to the sex, especially if your son didn't realize she wasn't 18?  For all we know she could of told him she was 18, the facts on that aren't out yet, only that she told him she was in high school.

  8. They all played well, Humber stood out the most to me on defense. Shady on offense is a machine.. However, we played the Jets. I'm not taking anything away from the win, it was a great team win and our coaches first win but reality will settle in, this is a 6 win team. I pray I'm wrong and we win the super bowl, but I still think we're 3 or 4 players away.

  9. Fully agree with you. Garappolo isnt staying. Kelly has all the talent in the world. Just needs a little grooming. Who better to sit behind for the next few years. We are going to be sorry.

Sit behind for a few years so he can what? Kelly will never be anything more than a second string QB if he ever makes it to a roster full time.

  10. So I am the first to say that when I looked at the schedule back in May I struggled to see 10 wins. Last year we went 8-8 facing two divisions that were both won by not very good 9-7 teams. This year we had the seemingly daunting AFC North that twice in recent years has sent 3 teams to the playoffs and the NFC West featuring two of the consensus "top 4" teams in that conference.

Now all of a sudden I look at what is left to come and split the games into games that at the start I'd have said we "should" win and games where at the start I'd have said we are likely outsiders.

    "Should win"

    @ Miami

    Jacksonville

    Cleveland

    Miami

    "Outsiders"

    Patriots

    @ Seahawks

    @ Cinncinati

    Steelers

    @ Raiders

    @ Jets

So if you had said to me 4-2 with those 10 to come I'd have said 8-8 looks likely. But look at those "outsider" games now...

If the Patriots here in 2 weeks is with the Bills at 5-2 and playing for the division lead the stadium will be rocking... upset alert?

Seattle still looks pretty dominant at home, but then Cincy? They look on the slide and are struggling to muster much offense beyond AJ Green. Can the Bills keep him quiet enough to have a shot to win that?

Then the Steelers home and the Raiders on the road.... Pittsburgh have lost their last two road games in depressing fashion they suddenly look a bit thin at receiver and Big Ben needs surgery... and Oakland are 1-2 at home and struggling majorly to stop the run (Buffalo's strength). Is there a chance Buffalo could take both?

Finally the Jets. Their season is heading south fast but they will undoubtedly want revenge for week 17 last year if the Bills are on the brink of the playoffs. Would we all take a "win and you're in" scenario now if offered it?

We don't know yet how good this team is, but if they go 2-2 through the next 4 to be 6-4 heading down the stretch I don't see any game there that looks beyond them anymore.

    Just gotta keep on rolling.

I love how every year we always say "upset alert" when we have a patriots game coming up... They have kicked the snot out of us for 10 years man... They win unless proven otherwise in real time...

We pull off a JETS win - Cincy win - and Steelers at home. That takes us to 11 wins.. Super bowl!

  11. Tyrod makes too many good passes and great long bombs to be labeled JUST a running QB. Top 10 QB? No, but other than Russel Wilson, and Cam, hes the best dual-threat QB in the leaugue.

Are you being serious or sarcastic? Tyrod has been terrible this year on long balls, I can't even remember him hitting one this year (maybe he has but I don't recall). His throws have been inaccurate as NFL standards, he has not been good this year in the passing game at all, and if you think he has then you need to raise your standards.. Don't get me wrong, I love Tyrod, glad he's here. He loves this team and is working with-out some real talent at WR. But, he needs to get more accurate.. ( This last game against SF he looked better at times). Sooo I'd hardly call him one of the best dual threats, there are plenty of QB's that are a better dual threat.. Tyrod is a run threat.. That's it.. Teams want him to beat them with his arm...
