jake locker all the way, plays with passion and in the rain of the northwest.

It goes without question that the Bills have been one of the most banged up teams since Jauron has been around. The lack of offense is leaving the D on the field way too long, exposing them to not only getting worn down, but giving them more opportunity to injury. It creates a vicious cycle that you can't break out of, if Byrd turns into "Ow my (insert body part here) Whitner" because of this Jauron might as well just put the practice squad on the field from here on out and save the few good players on this team for whoever is coaching next year.

So ol Bill loved Trent and Holgren coached with ol Bill so Holgren would love Trent?
I don't know, they may look for the same things in a QB, I mean I know that right now he isn't showing much but Holmgren may prefer a QB of that style to develop. Wait what's wrong with me, I just realized I am one of those "TE needs more development guys." Ugh, going to cry in a closet now.

This is one of the reasons I like Holmgren here. He was a QB coach under Bill Walsh, who loves TE so there may lay some similarities between Holmgren and Walsh which could help TE (That is assuming he's still here next year). Just a reminder, Holmgren coached Montana, Young, Favre, and Hasselbeck. You know that as soon as he started here QB would be priority number 1.

I would agree with the Skins comment .... Snyder is likely to throw a significant paycheck his way.
But would Holmgren want to go to a place where if things are going bad he would get the rug puled out from under him? Not like that would ever happen to a coach like him tho. I also think Holmgren would do a good job if he had complete control of the team.

Buffalo is not exactly the definition of east coast, but you could say that it pushes Buffalo up on his list a little bit.

of who we have now heres who are worth keeping either because they are up and coming and we need to see more, or already established, everyone else is expendable as far as I'm concerned:
D:
Byrd
McKelvin
McGee
Lankster
Poz
Corner
D-line is up for debated, honestly I'm not really big on any of them
O:
Wood
Levitre
Evans
Steve Johnson
Reed
Stupar
Get rid of either Jackson or Lynch, RB's are a dime a dozen i.e. Patriots
Thats it folks 12 guys

Just read on the nfl website that Edwards is clear to play and will vs Tenn. No surprises here after the display vs Houston, Maybe this time off to reflect will put him back to pre 2008 concussion play?
-
probably arn't streaming because they don't want us all to hear the cheers of joy from the media when jauron announces his resignation
-
yes but it won't be streaming live due to "technical difficulties"...

Well, sometimes it is.
Yesterday I asked my wife "Why couldn't I have been born in Pittsburgh or even Denver?" Those are teams can be called entertaining & they win their fair share of games.
Haha, I called my Dad yesterday and was pissed at him for moving to Rochester, from northern new york right before I was born. "Really dad? Didn't feel like moving to Boston or P-burgh?"

Let me make this easy for all of you.
Byrd starts at free safety, Whitner starts at strong safety.
Bryan Scott takes a seat on the bench and comes in on running situations for Byrd.
I say Scott comes in for Whitner, Byrd made some big tackles in Carolina, saved a TD and finished off a big stop on 4th down. Doesn't really matter tho, Whitner will be hurt again by halftime.

another underachieving cali qb in clausen, and jackson @ rb

Agree we gotta see if Johnson, Hardy or anyone else on this roster can make plays. We need to know going into next year who is the other receiver to be a threat. TO has been mediocre however having putrid Qbs with noodle arms is probably also impacting his impact.
Did anyone else notice that Steve Johnson was next to Jauron a lot in the 4th? I played football in HS and when the coach wants you by him it means he wants to get you in the game. Don't think Stevie ever got in because it was a run the clock out situation at that point but don't be surprised if Buffalo gets behind against Houston this weekend if we see Steve get in the game a lot more. TO should strictly be used as a Decoy and jump-ball target only from now on.
-
leads the league because teams attack him, he doesn't make plays in pass coverage so he is always tackling the guy who catches the ball because he got beat, and did anyone see on the williams td yesterday he got absolutely devoured by an OT which sprung williams?
-
We were asking too much for him. I would have traded him for something rather than cut him for nothing.
Or we can suck it up and utilize him like the Patriots use Welker
We should have traded him as soon as Marshawn came back so that Freddy could take over return duties. I know it may not seem like it now but he is buried in the WR depth chart, and I think the staff has wasted valuable time on Steve Johnson who needs to start seeing some more snaps. Too late now though, after those 2 miserable games he had (NO, MIA) no one wants him.

Who cares how it got done, bills got their first divisional win in a looooong time, especially against annoying rex ryan. Byrd looks like a promising player and thank god Poz is back. Hopefully Buffalo can take the momentum and go into Carolina and make some sort of a run, just have a bad feeling that steve smith is gonna burn the young corners, especially if mcgee and whitner (over-rated) are out.
